I am so grateful for the extremely prompt and professional service from Servpro. When my entire office was flooded their prompt response prevented more extensive damage including no drywall damage. Truly grateful for the skill and patience from the entire staff. Being a health professional, the possibility of mold was high and I believe their knowledge of water monitoring and proper drying prevented what could have been a catastrophe. Thank You!

We had a catastrophic plumbing failure on the second floor of our new home. Flooded both levels. Walls ruined, ceilings destroyed, carpet and hardwood a total loss. Serv Pro showed up asap with a team and went to town on the house. They are efficient and professional. They are experienced in working with insurance. Highly recommend.

I contacted them regarding a mold problem discovered by the plumber. They were «very busy» but wanted the details of my insurance coverage not a description of my problem. They hung up on me when I asked them to come out and give me an estimate before we discuss a possible insurance claim. I will report them to our insurance carrier… Seems like a scam.

I contacted ServPro of Carlsbad for emergency water remediation to my Carlsbad condo. They responded immediately with prompt professional service. ServPro’s quote was fair in comparison to other providers, but the level of responsiveness was far superior. They were respectful of my tenants and left the condo spotless. Even the reconstruction workers commented on what a professional job they had done. Condo passed post remediation air quality test with flying colors! …Seriously, like it never even happened.

Stay away. Currently dealing with them regarding payment. They sent me a bill which consisted of only an ammount. I asked for an itemized statement and they do the totally shocked routine and crank up the obfuscation. It begins with You recieved the insurance companies estimate. The problem is they did not complete all the work and they want me to pay the bill without question. Communication with Katrina is a joke.

We used Servpro when we had a flood in July 2012. They came out, dried everything up we thought well. We used them for the repair work. BIG MISTAKE! This has been dragging on forever. They did not install our floor correctly, it has buckled in multiple places. We have asked them to fix the floor. Each time, it takes many calls/emails till they respond. They send the same worker who has no clue, he tries gluing, nailing. Yet here we are with a floor that is shifting and buckling.
I know they don’t want to replace the floor again, but if you install something incorrectly, then you need to either fix it or re install it!
All we get from them are unanswered emails and calls. I am not sure what our options are at this point (I guess we have a good paper trail due to the emails).
With that said, the floor is the worst. They didn’t complete the painting, the carpet was not stretched after the install and I am not sure what got splashed on the cabinets. I thought I could clean them but not so much.
I would never use this company again!

ServPro came recommended to me who used the franchise in a different part of the state. The Carlsbad ServPro seemed attentive at first, quickly came & gave me a quote, started quickly with two guys, One lead, one trainee. The lead was explaining what had to be done to trainee. The next day trainee came back with helper. They were inspecting for leak, mold, and tearing out mold, drywall, and shower ifneeded. They didn’t find leak & no real mold problem. They didn’t wear protective gear yet I was charged for it, $ 89! They damaged a door badly that needs to be replaced. The owner calls and tells me she’ll give me $ 40 for door and doesn’t believe her people weren’t wearing masks. She started the call with claws out!!! Totally surprised me with her horrible attitude. She told me it was my word against her employees who are trained to wear masks even thou I told her there were others here who saw that they never wore protective gear. I’ll never use them again and recommend you get a second opinion before going with them. They also damaged another wall that she said the contract states they’re not liable for. I also got charged for a facet removal that they never removed. The owner was so rude I didn’t want to stay on the call with her to discuss anything else and chalk it up to poor service and very poor cusstomer service by the owner.

I’m downgrading them a little because of their incredibly hard sell about followup work. They get a very good rating for their emergency service, they got to my house within the hour and set up dehumidifiers. They cost $ 100 per machine per day. Yep, that’s right. They wanted to set up fans too which cost extra. I told them not to, though in retrospect I should have had the fans.
In any event, they told me at the time that the damage was pretty substantial and that I needed immediately construction work to replace the dry wall (cutting into the walls, drying out, replacing dry wall, restuccoing and repainting). Both of the owners (man and wife) were very hard sell, trying to scare me that I would die of black mold if I didn’t let them do the work, etc.
I called my contractor (SNS Building Services) and they told me that yes, the work had to be done but that ServPro had a reputation of hardselling overpriced work.
As it turned out, I had SNS do the work, they were finished in 7 days and the bill came to $ 8500. I have checked around and it would have been a lot more with ServPro. They also have a reputation for drawing out the time so it takes longer.
So ServPro for emergencies, SNS for followup work.

Gee, I’m on a plumbing spree and procrastinating at work! HolLER.
Unfortunately, I was the victim of a bad flood. As an upper condo unit, I got away with little damage, my neighbor S below me was gracious (she’s a renter), but the landlord of her unit, wanted to work with me (aka didn’t like me because of events).
Like Ghostbusters (cue Ray Parker Jr.), Servpro came out quickly and setup their vacuums and fans. I was dry and she was too. Fixing up is another Unilocal.
A year later, I had another flood: different cause but same scenario. S loved it; landlord did not. He hated me more, and wanted my kidneys and wanted to inflate my duodenum.
Servpro to the rescue again. In fact, the same crew came out and we recognized each other like summer camp pals. Good, professional, efficient, pragmatic staff. Word.
