I choose Santa Fe Flower Shop to create a beautiful arrangement for one of my loved one’s memorial services. I sent them a picture to replicate and their creation was more big and beautiful than I even imagined. I was blown away by how amazing the flowers looked! I wanted to give 5 stars, however… the card that was sent with the flowers misspelled the family’s name that I have known forever and was not grammatically correct. This was very frustrating to me because even after I sent them a proof both through email and phone they still didn’t get the card right. I had to explain the situation to the family because it was a little embarrassing. The family absolutely loved the flowers and so did I. I think I found my new favorite flower shop! Next time I will have to submit the card info through their website instead of by phone. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and beauty of their work.

Im not from San Diego so i Unilocaled a flower shop near my cousins area. I liked how the website was so easy to find what you want without having to go link to link to find the perfect bouquet. My cousins favorite color is purple so i decided to send her purple roses for her birthday. May i add free delivery if its in the area which is a huge plus! The only reason i am giving Santa Fe four stars is because the flowers look more pink than purple which was the only thing i was a little disappointed about. Other than that the flowers were beautiful and i had no problem ordering the flowers, i would definitely order again just not purple roses.

My daughter sent me a flower arrangement for Thanksgiving. She was in Oregon so she ordered it on the phone from Santa fe Florist. It was gorgeous and super fresh. I added water daily and it lasted 12 days!!! Amazing. Highly recommend.

Found this place Unilocal.Nearby… A real flower shop. Small place, they have books of pictures and will put it together for you in front of you. I got a healthy beautiful bouquet for my boss without the vase for $ 50.00

You will not be disappointed! I was so impressed with the arrangements we ordered for a recent event! The lady who took my order over the phone was so helpful and attentive. The price was the best in the area – I called at least 5 other local florists who either wanted to charge much more, or didn’t have the time to be bothered with my business. Plus, the delivery man was so courteous and professional! Two thumbs way up!

I was so disappointed with the arrangement I received from Santa Fe Flowers at my birthday in April. My daughter had ordered the flowers through a service and the order was assigned to the florist so this was not a flower shop she might have selected. I also realize that the florist gets a cut of the $ 50 plus fees, however, the expectation is that the value will be met. What I received was 8 roses pink and 8 stems of red alstroemaria that were simply thrown together in the most unartistic fashion that even the most novice floral designer would be expected to do better. When they arrived, my husband sent a picture to my daughter who immediately called the service and was told the flowers would be picked up and replaced. The replacement never arrived. I have asked my daughter NOT to ever order through the service OR Santa Fe Flower Shop as they surely did not meet the guidelines of the contracted agreement.
After being in the wholesale/​retail flower business for years I know that my expectations for quality fresh flowers is higher than the average flower recipient. However, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for poor service. If the company has made a promise to replace an unacceptable arrangement, the expectation is that they will keep their word.

I am not from the area and last minute (4:00) decided to send a special birthday man flowers… I picked the right florist from the web. The man who took my order was more than helpful in suggesting the right flowers, it included delivery and he took a picture of them and sent it just before it was delivered at 5:30. Mission accomplished, scored big points too.

I walked in here in need of flower arrangements and the owners were welcoming and helpful. I wasn’t sure about what type of flowers I wanted, but I knew what colors. The owners were very patient with me and handed me several books of arrangements so I can get an idea of what I wanted. They had great ideas and helped me find what I was looking for. The day I picked them up I was very impressed with the floral arrangements! They did an awesome job!

My hubby sent flowers to my job to surprise me and that’s just what I was SURPRISED… the flowers were wilted!!! He spent 70 dollars for dead roses. I don’t recommend getting any flowers from here.
