I emailed Payless last week to ask if they could come out to assess the blinds in my house that needed repair. We set a time and they came as planned. Mike and his son fixed five blinds in about an hour. Reasonable price. Great service. I recommend them.

We used Payless Shutters to install several sets of shutters in different rooms of our home. They were so helpful in the ordering process and they made many good suggestions that we would not have thought to ask. They installed the shutters very quickly and efficiently, and even removed some old rods from our previous drapes. We were very pleased with the complete process and we would recommend the Payless Shutters and Shades company. Mike Holtz is the owner and he was always available to answer questions and help with all phases of the sales process. We also found their prices to be very competitive with other bids we received. Overall we had a very good experience with this company.

I just purchased shutters for 4 large windows in my home and I am so happy with them. They were delivered when promised, my sales person was easy to reach when I called, and I recieved exactly what I ordered.
I was a little hesitant to order through Payless Shutters because I couldn’t find many reviews, but I’m glad I did. The only negative I can think of is that I wish they accepted credit cards, but for the money I saved buying with them I would do it again.

We are very pleased with the recent purchase at Payless Shutters and Shades (formerly Mr. B’s). Julie came to our home to measure and provide a quote. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Rick installed the shutters. He was quick, professional and courteous. He even offered to run the vacuum cleaner afterward and to help move furniture back. My husband and I are very pleased with the shutters we purchased; the price, and the service provided by the team at Payless Shutters & Shades in Vista. Would highly recommend.
