New U is a 6,000 sq. foot, European Style Rejuvenation center. We help our clients keep their body, mind & soul, healthy and happy through alternative ways of wellness.

Our clients work with Personal Trainers and Wellness Practitioners’. They leave us feeling better, looking healthier, sleeping better and feeling fit with energy. Our center is private and a convenient way of getting your fitness, nutrition, wellness, relaxation and beauty needs in a one stop shop.

Business Owner

I have spent many years in Senior Management positions in business & health. 30 years in fitness. These positions required hard work and leadership. Living in my 50’s, I was working 60+ hours weekly, taking care of my family but had no time for me. This was causing my body to break down, a fat belly and undue stress. My hubby retired from the military serving in many positions, and training Navy Seals. Both of us needed a transformation and to feel and look great while we started our second career.​

That’s when we decided why not create an atmosphere where people could come and get a great personal workout, detox the body, de-​stress with our revolutionary equipment and keep your body healthy. Oh, and get great personalized private beauty services for men and women. Would that be a dream come true? This is not a just a gym, it’s overall wellness, private and personal with ultimate results.
