Ben, gave me two day service with my major desk-​top computer problems: Windows 7 failure along with loss of access to my peripherals, requiring re-​installation of Windows and software. He saved all my pictures and other data as well. I am pretty facile with computers with a good deal of experience with other computer «experts».
