Specialties
We specialize in traditional Okinawan Karate we teach both children and adults. For our children’s class we focus on listening and basic fundamentals along with reinforcing good character traits such as honor, courage, discipline and respect all the while in a fun and exciting environment. Our adult classes we offer a fun way to exercise while learning ways to defend one’s self. We also offer Zumba classes three nights a week. We have a unique program where we offer after school pick-up from your child’s school. We will help them with their home work and they will then engage in an exciting karate class.

We have been in business since 2000 offering martial arts to both children and adults in the Shadowridge Community of Vista Ca. We opened our new location in 2011 were we expanded our training space to over 3000sq ft. We have added weapons, MMA conditioning and Zumba to our class schedule.
