This is my second experience here at this location and both times, the service is amazing. Bianca, Jackie, and Michelle are amazing. Very professional and courteous while maintaining a friendly and personal experience. Thank you so much ladies, my daughter and I could not be happier. Definitely a must

The worse service in the world. Went in one day was told 10 minutes. An hour later I finally left. Decided to give them a second chance the following day. Two ladies «working» and one customer in a chair. I was told I would have to wait for another 45 minutes because they were on lunch? it was 3:30 in the afternoon? No wonder they are never busy. They chase business away.

I’ve been to plenty of fantastic sams around North County and this has been the best! Bianca, the manager, was amazing and helped me out from the start. She was attentive and assured me that I will not be disappointed with this visit here. And she delivered. I have been coming back whenever I need a retouch on my color or just for a haircut. All the staff here are amazing and approachable. I would recommend this place to anyone. My roommate also came and was satisfied.

Haven’t had my hair cut in a long time because usually I don’t trust anyone with my hair but decided it was time and came out absolutely loving my hair! Bianca, the manager, did not disappoint and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! She didn’t over trim and actually gave me suggestions about my hair. She was very sweet, polite and friendly :) I would definitely go back !

Drove several miles to get my kids haircut and their hours online said they were open until 8pm. They said they were closed and apologized that their internet hours are incorrect. I told the employee I drove pretty far out of the way to come here some they were open and had to get 3 kids out of the car. All she said was well… Our hours are on the door… Then offered to ask the manager if she could offer us a free haircut next time. I declined as my kids needed haircuts tonight and I left. What they can do is fix their internet information to be correct so they don’t waste potential customers time!

Went in a few days ago and the stylist was great! Since my hair is wavy it looks a lot different when it is wet, but I forgot about that when I got it cut. I went back and they were great about fixing everything up. I went to a few other places before but they never cut my hair right and try to cut it so it’ll grow long but I like it short, thankfully the staff here will listen to you and won’t try to do what they want. Will definitely go back!

If you need a perfect haircut, ask for Lorena or Bianca !!! They are thee best in town! I get a «Greaser» style haircut, and she doesn’t miss a single hair.
They cut our kids hair better than supercuts and most expensive salons!

I walked in for a trim & the stylist Bianca helped me out. She also suggested the deep conditioning treatment as my hair is fried from bleaching. She was very personable and professional. She multi-​tasked between myself & another client but I never felt like I was being forgotten, she was very attentive. I enjoyed the entire process & loved the outcome as my hair had life again! So thanks Bianca at Fantastic Sams :) I will be coming back!

I made an appointment for my shy 11yro girl. She was helped on time (despite the other people in the waiting room). The lady was very kind and worked fast. She added long layers to long thick hair. Very clean salon. Handicap accessible 5 stars

First and last time… Seems like they hire anyone not certified. I asked for a low fade to the skin with a 3 on top, I basically got 1 all around patches everywhere and on top of that it felt like I was getting my head waxed because the clippers was so dull. She was older and had purple hair. Now I’m in my bathroom shaving my head as I write this review. Highly not recommended sorry

My first time in, saw the sign for 9.99. Had barely sat down and got seated with Erin. Got a killer cut, just the way I asked for. The shampoo was great! Ask for Erin! She listens and does a fantastic job! I’ll be going there regularly!

So today I stopped by on my way to work this afternoon for a shampoo and haircut. I wanted to take advantage of their grand opening haircut special $ 9.99. First of all there was no waiting. Lorena gave me a shampoo and haircut. She was very pleasant and did an excellent job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for.
Could not beat it for 10 bucks… Nice shop, great convenient location next to Von’s, I’ll be back for sure.

No complaints. Great experience. Brought three kids with me got a great haircut. They let the kids run rampant — well gave them some great seats anyways. Very laid back and friendly. I got in right away and was in and out. Also the haircut looks great. Not sure what else to expect. Plus it was just 9.99! Great deal!

What can I say I came in with low expectations and because of convenience but wow I left thinking maybe I found my new spot. Lorena greeted me took me back and I was surprised she could do a fade the whole time thinking it’s not going to be like my barber does but I was very surprised. She was very quiet but focused on the cut when I realized I was in and out quick. She shampooed my hair after and then it hit me now I see why women would rather stay home on a Friday night to shampoo their hair. I lucked out they still have the $ 9.99 deal going on and it includes shampoo you can’t beat that anywhere. So come and try this place out I give it two thumbs up for Lorena not sure about the other hair stylists but Lorena hooked it up now let’s just see how my wife likes it because she always the ultimate critic when it comes to my hair cuts.

I can’t even say how amazing my experience was coming here. My stylist was Cindy, she was nice talkative and really easy going. So I came in and asked for rich brown and some pieces of red in my hair. My color came out absolutely gorgeous! I’m obsessed with my hair! I love it! Cindy will be the only one to ever touch my hair! She was very informative and gave me exactly what I wanted. If you ever happen to get your hair done here ask for Cindy! You won’t regret it!

For The grand opening they had haircut for $ 10. I needed a cut so I stopped in. In the beginning the girl who cut my hair was very quiet and didn’t really say anything. I’m a talker so I sparked conversation and she opened up. She shampoo ed my hair then gave me a cut. The debit option on the cash register wasn’t working so I walked to 7⁄11 to get cash out. Overall good experience.
