Egg-Free Epicurean (peanut-free and tree-nut free too) produces irresistible baked desserts at its dedicated nut-free facility in Vista, CA. Amy Jones Anichini founded Egg-Free Epicurean to serve people with food allergies to eggs, nuts, and peanuts.
Years ago when her daughter was first diagnosed with these allergies, Ms. Anichini found that most «safe» baked foods were more restrictive than her daughter wanted or needed. Her daughter didn’t need dairy-free foods, and she didn’t want gluten-free foods, and Ms. Anichini found other people with allergies only to eggs or nuts felt the same way.
Once she had perfected her egg-free dessert recipes, Ms. Anichini created the brand and began work on her dedicated commercial bakery.
