I like going to the CVS store they always so friendly and nice here. Every time I walk in they always say hello no matter what and I like that is very friendly, The staff always asks if you need help finding what you’re looking for.

I don’t understand the bad ratings for this place. Every time I shop here, and I mean EVERYTIME, I have been welcomed when I enter the store. Today there was a younger girl at the register and she called out a welcome to me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I didn’t today as I was only picking up a prescription. A few weeks ago a really nice lady helped my daughter and me picking out a good hair conditioner. She recommended one she used herself. When I walked up to the pharmacy there was no one else in line, so that was nice :). There were however some really rude people in the drive-thru, honking their car horn. I saw the pharmacy lady, Lynn, rushing across to get to the window to help them. Before she even had a chance to get to the window the passenger got out and starting pressing the service bell. How rude… who does that?!! I couldn’t hear them but I could tell they weren’t being very nice to her, but she was very patient and pleasant to them. I work in customer service and sometimes have to deal with incredibly rude, ignorant people so I want to let the staff at this CVS know that I have always been happy with the service here… especially Lynn!

The only reason I frequent this location is because of its proximity to the freeway. The pharmacy has a drive — up window. However, the staff that work in the pharmacy are rude. They do not listen and treat most if their customers very poorly. I wouldn’t give a negative review but, I’ve had issues here more than twice.

Store and pharmacy are OK but you need to have extra time when you are there most of the time there is only one cashier, hardly anyone helping on the floor.

Hands down the dirtiest and most poorly stocked CVS I have ever been to. Does have a drive through window though, hence the default one star. Empty shelves galore, and I would not trust the shelf life of the perishable items(cosmetics, shampoos, lotions etc.) as it seems to be doing poorly in sales. The cashier was friendly enough though, but didn’t seem surprised they were out of the item I was looking for(unscented tea lights. box(es) empty on shelf instead of removed/reordered.)

I ordered photos online and was told by the confirmation email that they would be ready in an hour. I waited 2 hours and when I went in I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help me. One employee walked past and without even stopping said that someone would help me shortly. When somebody did finally come over they were unable to find my pictures. Then I was told that it would be another 10 minutes because the printer had run out of paper and nobody had noticed so they never printed. Very bad service.

I just stopped in to grab some breading… price was«meh,» but who really goes to CVS to buy breading? For reference, the place is kiddy corner to a 76 gas station and within close walking distance from the Sprinter/Civic Center station. They usually have pretty good deals in the fliers, but I didn’t bother grabbing anything extra… I did notice that they’re offering $ 10 gas cards if you buy $ 30 of cereal and other food/kitchen items. This CVS has a drive up pharmacy, which might be helpful for those not wanting or able to get out of their vehicle easily. I went at night, and the pharmacy was closed, so I wasn’t really able to assess whether or not the pharmacist/technician were helpful(I usually test them with some random question, like, «Do you have any Plan B pills available?» or «What do you recommend for bloating/headaches?») As for the store, it wasn’t pretty, but functional. They had what I needed, so they get 3 stars. What knocks the other two out is I didn’t really feel… drawn? Usually, I like walking around and survey their goods, but the place just wasn’t appealing. It actually felt a bit shady. The woman at the counter who rang me up didn’t make me feel any more welcomed or comfortable. She kept staring at some marine who came in to buy cigarettes. If you’re in need of something and you’re in the area, the place is «okay,» but barring any major sales, if you can hold off and go elsewhere, I would. I’ll try this place again in the future & update if I feel the need. I’m pretty sure I’ll be visiting this CVS again.
