I can’t say enough great things about Cesar and his team! They are all so friendly and go out of their way to take care of me. The first time I brought my car in Cesar was kind enough to drive me to work and pick me up at the end of the day! Another time he stayed late after a long day to make sure I could pick up my car. He even helped me out by topping off my transmission fluid when I was freaking out about why my car was acting so funny. And he didn’t even charge me! He has earned my trust and loyalty because he is an awesome mechanic, very reasonable with his costs and on top of that, he’s a super nice guy! All you have to do is meet him and you know you are in good hands. Thanks Cesar!

Cesar is honest, fair, & awesome. I had a «check engine» light & he said it would fail the smog test. He used his OBD & checked what’s wrong for free! He gave me the trouble codes (P0442, P1415, & P1416). Most smog shop would’ve tested with the check engine light on & still charge you despite failing. I asked Cesar to diagnosed my truck so that I know exactly what is wrong & what I need to replace/​fix. He charged me a fair price & he showed me exactly where the parts are located on my truck. Thanks to YouTube, I can do it myself instead of paying some guy the labor for a easy fix.
If you want a fair to honest guy, Cesar is the man to go to.

I went to Cesar for a smog check. Super nice guy from the get-​go. He was able to diagnose that my car wasn’t going to pass once he plugged his computer into the car. Walked me through what I needed to do to have my car pass and told me to come back the next day. Came back and it passed with no issue. Great price and great guys. I’ll certainly be back.

Cesar is THE most HONEST and fair mechanic I’ve ever used. He now works on my c230 Mercedes Kompressor.

Was super impressed with Cesar’s overall service. I took my Range Rover in for a smog check, and I was in and out in no time. His impressive mechanic skills, experience and knowledge is very apparent in his work. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends and I will continue to bring my car to him for any future repairs.

The best most honest mechanic I’ve gone too. Took my Ford Focus in for an oil leak and he was honest enough to tell me it was just the oil pan plug. Thinking it was some seals on the motor, So RELIEVED that it didn’t cost me hundreds of dollars.
Will definitely return to him, and recommend friends and family..

I was referred to Cesar from a colleague of mine at work. I was quoted outrageous prices for A/​C repairs on my 2005 Mitsubishi Outlander, bottom line he saved me over 2⁄3 of the price quoted and it’s been a year that my air been blowing cold. There were other repairs in between — again fabulous job!

For 2 years I went to Cesar for any car issue I had and he and his mechanic Juan always fixed my car efficiently… I made the mistake a few months back by going somewhere else (not because I was displeased with this place) but because I wasn’t thinking… and had nothing but problem after problem… I literally towed my car 6 times in the last 3 months… When I finally came to my senses, I took my car back to Cesar… and BOOM! My car is fixed! He even found and fixed the problem that the DEALERSHIP diagnosed incorrectly! I will NEVER take any car I own again to any other mechanic but to Cesar… Hidden gem in Vista, that’s Cesar’s Auto!
