Place is bomb!!! They finally expanded and every time I go the menu grows. Good place for your ice cream, raspados, & other Mexican concoctions cravings. I would recommend you call ahead and place your order if you already know what you want because the lines can get pretty long and same with the wait. The service isn’t the greatest, but what do you expect from the señoras. My fat ass ate my mangoneada before I could even take a picture of it, so here are some pictures of the inside and menu.

Ordered the Diablo tamarindo Raspado. Nothing but ice, no flavor. Customer service is not good, you don’t feel welcomed.

Was in the area and craved ice cream or a raspado. So I decided to go with a raspado de sandia. First off it is not«natural» or organic how they claim. It is all artificially flavored and topped off with real fruit. I would not waste money here. First and last time I come here. Not worth it. My husband ordered nachos and they gave us stale chips. When I went back to ask for new ones the lady at the counter sticks her hands in my nachos to check if they were stale. And after putting her nasty hands in my nachos she tells me that she won’t get me knew ones. I demanded I got my money back. Worst place!!! I would give it a zero if I could

While placing my order I explained to the cashier what I wanted multiple times and somehow she still mixed up my order and wouldn’t fix it even though I spent about $ 50 there. I asked to speak to the manager but she wasn’t just the manager she was the actual owner and refused to fix my order. No customer service whatsoever. The place itself also needs a lot of updating or at least some decent tables and chairs and maybe some toilet paper and hand soap in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt. Never going back! Would give zero stars if I could.

This place can do so much better if they made a couple changes. First of all service is painfully slow. I get maybe they can’t afford to hire more staff but the lady working behind the counter works at a snail’s pace. Also the customer service isn’t bad it’s just not there at all. All I heard come out of the cashier’s mouth is «what do you want to order?» That’s it. Another thing is the place is kinda awkward. They have a pretty big space but they’re not utilizing it to it’s potential. Right when you walk in there’s the food counter and to your right there’s a huge empty room. They only have two booths, one portable picnic table, and some tall tables that look like they were the intended seating but they ran out of money so they only have a few. The walls are painted and awful red and bright green. When we sat down to eat our food, the staff decided to blast the speakers. It was so loud and tacky. We couldn’t wait to finish and leave. Now for the food itself I think they deserve 5 stars. My favorite is the diablita mango raspado. Its basically shaved ice with mango chunks and a sweet, sour and spicy concoction. I think they put tamarind in it. Not sure. It comes with a chili candy straw. Its so refreshing and every time I have it I feel like it’s the best thing on earth. The nachos are basic. Nachos cheese and jalapenos, but they taste better than the movie theater ones or 7-Elevens(yuck!). The total for the two was about $ 10.

Don’t be mistaken by the menu ask exactly what is .I asked a server what Diablito con mango had and they said nieve or raspado and mango … I ordered the drink Diablito con mango I discovered that had mango cosido(cooked mango) I hardly eat it and asked to get it changed they said no. .it’s very upsetting that they didn’t care the fact that I had asked exactly what it had and they didn’t try to help they can be very rude…

I had to take away a star because every single time I have been here since my last review the place just keeps getting more beat down. It’s seriously so disgusting in there — why can’t they clean!!! Seriously, is it that hard to have toilet paper, soap, and paper towels for your customers. On top of it being an OSHA violation, it’s very annoying as a customer. I have had to take my order to go in order to avoid the dirty sticky tables. They also don’t have A/C and turn the lights off during the day. So trying to eat a diablito in the dark hot room this summer was seriously the last I had with their facility. Ugh, I really love their treats, but they seriously need to get it together. I am a business owner, and I know that if my business was as busy as theirs I would not mind spending the money to hire someone just a couple of hours a day to keep the facility clean. Oh, to top it off their prices have gone up… hopefully they can afford toilet paper now.

The fruit salads are the best hands down, the fresas con crema to die for but the wait is outrageous. If they had air conditioner and the wait was not as bad I will give them 5 stars, until then 3 :(

First try’s are everything and this place is not the greatest! I love love love mangonadas … Decided to try this place. I get a damn iced down mini cup of mango something with a few pieces of mango in a tiny water cup that’s been frozen with a Popsicle stick. Wtf? I’ll stick to driving my ass up to my joint in murietta …

Came here with a friend and I had the most amazing mistake of my life. Well, I should say that it was a mistake but I came here and had to translate everything on the menu because I didn’t understand anything on the menu. I stand corrected, I knew some of the simple fruits in spanish and then I also understood«Coke Float» I came here and ordered a neichata de fesca. If you basically took a horchata and added some strawberry ice cream and cut up some fresh strawberries, this is what you would get. It was great to have this deliciousness on such a warm day! My friend had a diabilito de nieve de mango. I wasn’t a fan of the tamarin spice candy topping that they added but it was oddly addicting. I found myself wanting more and more but after a little bit, my tummy started to hurt and had to stop myself from eating it. The prices here are super reasonable for their items and they also make their own popcicles here!

This place sucks! Horrible service. They take forever! They don’t turn on the AC. The snacks are not that great; too expensive! I came today, April 26, and their ice cream that goes in the small freezer says«expires 1−19−15. Gross

I dont exactly remember the name of what i ordered but a friend had referred me to this place because of all the delicious mexican style snacks they offer. wait time to order was about 5 mins and it took about 10 – 15 mins to get out my order. what i order contained peeled and gutted cucumbers, chacachaca candy, chamoy, sliced oranges, japanese peanuts, jicama, diced cucumbers, lemon and mexican mango lollipop, and diced mangos. this concoction was amazing. it was a hot day so the cold fruit and cucumbers made me feel refreshed, it was very inexpensive and the way the put it together looks like art. I loved it here.

This was my favorite place. I’d be here every Sunday, but this has changed. Ice creams aren’t as good. Prices have increased and you’re now forced to eat in their non conditioned indoors since they got rid of their outdoors few tables. Tijuana seems worth the drive since I can take advantage and see the family and eat authentically.

This place is amazing! Truly authentic snacks. Be prepared to wait, but it’s so worth it. I ordered a mangoneada and it was truly delicious! They had a great variety of things on their menu. It may be a bit hard to find since it’s not very large, but it’s in a strip mall.
