The lock on our 5th malfunctioned and neither key nor passcode would work. After being locked out, American Locks and Keys responded. The gentlemen gets out of his car, says lets get you back inside. The technician (can’t remember his name, sorry) was a fast worker with a very positive attitude. Job well done, and should I ever lock myself out again, I will call these guys!

Chipped key for my company truck stopped working late in the afternoon. Called AAA and their guy wanted to charge $ 180 just to come out plus the cost of any parts with a two hour wait. Called Joe and he was extremely friendly, had a job before mine but assured me it would be quick. True to his word, he text me when he was 25 minutes out. Rekeying a chipped key and working quickly cost me half what I was going to pay just to have someone look at it. Will be using this company for our future fleet lock needs.

Broke a key to an old car, called around and kept getting ridiculous quotes to help me. (Above 100 $) I got help here, and he fixed me up right away for 1⁄5 the price that everyone else was estimating. Very professional locksmith, fairly priced, and quite skilled! He made a replica of the broken key by hand that fits and works great.

«Manny» Menashe Nahum came to the rescue when I needed two new keys made for locks in my home. Another locksmith had come to my home in Beverly Hills prior to Manny and completely misquoted me and tried to rip me off. He even took parts of my hardware, etc. Manny was calm and not only fixed my locks quickly, efficiently and for a good price– he went out of his way to help me find the other locksmith and get my hardware back. It is so important to have a trustworthy person putting locks on your doors! I could not write a better review for this polite and helpful gentleman. Six stars for Manny.

Really happy I came across this location on Unilocal.Great customer service and great prices.
I was in a hurry after work to make a copy of my house key for my roommate. I called about 5 minutes before he needed to leave to go to oceanside for a job. I was about 3 min away and asked if I could come by that night to get the copy of the key. He was courteous enough to wait till I was able to get there before leaving for the day.
I am so grateful and pleased with the customer service and accommodating employees.
I will continue to only go to this location for and key and locksmith needs.
Over all great customer service and great prices and near where I live.

Fast and great service! I called a few locksmiths before I found American Locks & Key. The other locksmiths gave me a quick quote but when I got a hold of Joe at American Locks & Key he asked about what locks I had to see if they were compatible. So immediately I knew I was dealing with a knowledgeable professional. He was able to come the same day and quickly rekeyed my locks. I recommend him to anyone looking to rekey their locks.

I called today needing a locksmith to respond to a residence only giving just a couple of hours notice for a multiple cylinder rekey. I am also a field technician with my home office being 40 miles away and they were able to accept payment over the phone from my office. Joe showed up and was quick and professional he even lubed up the front entry door lock as the handle was sticking just as a courtesy. I found them on Unilocal as all of their reviews were 5 stars just as this one I am giving today. There were no hidden fees everything was straightforward and could not ask for a better locksmith experience I mean who charges $ 12 for a rekey such a great deal thank you!

Definitely great service in a timely manner. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Kisaka and I would highly recommend him and his company. He got my car door opened quickly (within 1 minute) and even sold me a new alarm remote for my vehicle since it wasn’t closing well.
Joe finished quickly, showing he has experience, and carried a good conversation. Everything took about 10 minutes.

Wow! I’m so blown away by Joe and his service. It’s the night before Thanksgiving, I’m out of town. My house/​cat sitter shows up to the house locked down with no key. I was referred to Joe, he arrives within ½ hour gets my doors open and my cat is saved from being locked in the house all week. I am so relieved and completely grateful to American Locks and Keys? I have been using another locksmith occasionally for some time, but they are only open during business hours. They changed all my locks recently. I had need of a locksmith this evening, after hours. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but I’m pretty sure it was the owner, came out within 30 minutes or so of my call. 9:30 at night. Changed my locks and it cost less than the other locksmith I have been using!
He was super nice, professional, and efficient. American Locks and Keys is my new go-​to for sure. P. S. Locksmith guy that came out tonight, THANK YOU!

I locked my keys in the trunk, car locked also. Looked up videos ok how to unlock door with hangars and no luck, looked these up. They said they’ll be here within 15 minutes, dude wasn’t kidding. Came up unlocked the door with some magic sprinkled and showed him my license and registration and found my keys. Thanks guys.
