Wow!!! What high reviews for what I would consider as the 6th or 7th best option in Visalia for Phở. The phở isn’t bad, but it’s also not great. To a phở enthusiast like me this is not a place I would even consider when I want a bowl of phở in town.

Very good phở. Ordered the rare steak, broth was great & portion was generous. Went to get a massage in the mall & stopped at this place(a friend raves about it) so glad I did! They only take cash. I was a little short because I couldn’t use my debit card. The lady behind the counter helped me out by taking the cash I did have instead of turning me away. She was so sweet. I’ll defiantly be back soon!

Like many others, this is my favorite place to get phở. The staff is always friendly and the food is always amazing. So fresh and very affordable.

The service is good and people are friendly. The Phở is just okay. Basic chicken broth with not much flavor. It is really disappointing that they never have basil. Instead they just give you a twig of cilantro, which has already been added to the soup. It is clean. It is not terrible, but just not the best. Adding basil all the time would be a big plus.

By far my favorite Vietnamese place in Visalia. My sister and I spent a few weeks in Vietnam and have had many of their delicious food and this place tastes exactly like the Phở we had over in Vietnam. The owners and staff are very friendly and the food is always really good. I constantly crave phở and it always hits the spot.

This is a fantastic place to get authentic Vietnamese food! Fast friendly service. We had the shrimp salad and the shrimp with noodles.

This is the real deal for phở and bun thit nuong(vermicelli noodle bowls)! Flavorful broth, deliciously marinated grilled meats, and generous portions. Quick service and they even take phone orders. Only things I would suggest would be serving fried egg rolls and using thicker noodles for the bun thit nuong. Cash only :(

My favorite place in Visalia to get phở! There are so many different variations of the soup; chicken, beef, seafood… If you are a newbie, don’t hesitate to order off of the wall — there are large pictures of their best stuff. Only one minor drawback, they only accept cash.

Great price for a delicious bowl of phở. I got a small bowl of rare steak phở. Generous portion of steak and flavorful broth. The phở comes in three sizes, small medium and large. We loved this place and so does everyone else, the place was packed even 10 minutes before closing! Will come back again for sure!

Everytime we come into visalia. We head here. Guest service is always number 1. Always clean. Food is amazing always fresh. Made after placed when ordered for in store dinning or to go. The only thing cash only. Even if you forget to pull cash. ATM is just 50 ft away on the right hand side.

This is my favorite phở in town. I haven’t gotten anything else but I don’t need to because the phở is stellar. The service is quick in that they take your order quickly and the food comes out fast. The only time there is a hold up is when the person in front of you doesn’t realize this place is cash only and has to dump out their purse on the counter to dig out enough coins to pay. It looks like they take phone orders and to go orders. They also charge for refills on your drink.

This is the first Vietnamese food I ever tasted and it’s still my number one place to get great service and great phở. The soup is a lil bland but i love adding my perfect amount of rooster sauce and whatever brown oyster sauce they have I recommend everyone to try the seafood phở

I really like this place. Not the most authentic Vietnamese ever, but if you are hankering for some noodles, fast, this is the place to go. They are always consistent and middle of the road. Their prices change sometimes so beware.

Good Vietnamese food place. Located inside the mall so you can’t really expect much. Went here for dinner with my brothers. Had their BBQ beef Vermicelli. You would think the small portion in their bowl won’t fill you up but it really does! I felt stuffed when I finished my meal. This bowl came with a bed of noodles with sweet and charcoal-y beef and a side of seasoned fish sauce in which you pour it in the noodles to make it taste good. One of my brothers had phở. It was alright. The soup was kinda bland but that is what the sauces are for. The other had their BBQ shrimp plate, BBQ shrimp was sweet and charcoal-y too, in a good way! For the rice plates, it comes with a soup broth(the broth from their phở). Cheap. Good food. CASHONLY though!
