For the first time in my life I was helpless! With the use of only one leg, I had to call from my car to have a wheelchair brought to me and I needed to be pushed around the entire time during my visit. EVERY SINGLE STAFF PERSON WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! No eye rolling or making me feel like I didn’t know anything, which tends to be the way many care facilities operate. Every person was friendly, calm and smiling. I was already going through my own traumatic event, and they made me feel calmer and at ease. I definitely recommend!

While it was quick to get in and everyone really nice, it’s disappointing to leave without a script for my sore throat when I have a history of sore throats, tonsillectomy, etc. Just because I don’t have strep doesn’t mean I don’t have an infection and considering I’ve had them for the last 20 years I think that should be considered. Now I get to go home and take care of my 4 month old baby with the instructions to gargle with salt water. Thanks for that amazing medical advice.

So I had to really good experience I was in and out of there really quickly I believe that the doctor truly listen to what I had to say the staff was very kind and considerate and overall it was a really good experience especially for not feeling so good I would recommend going here before ever going anywhere else

This has got to be the best urgent care EVER! we had to go in on a Sunday and there was absolutely no wait. It was very clean and organized. From the time we checked in with the receptionist to the nurse Francine (I think that’s her name), our X-​ray tech, and lastly our nurse practitioner Eugenia our experience was absolutely fantastic! They were all so very friendly and sincere. Answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable and at ease. Kudos guys!!! This will be our go to location for urgent care even if we have to drive all the way from Lemoore.

The absolute worst. Not only did it take forever to be served, but the waiting room looked like it has not seen an update since the 80s and was incredibly uncomfortable to wait in. Additionally, I had a bill for $ 60 that I didn’t see in the mail and instead of calling me and asking me to pay it, they forwarded it to a collections agency. Over $ 60. Which I would have gladly paid. SMH. So basically I got terrible service and ruined my credit. Thanks, Kaweah Delta!

My first time to visit an urgent care. I had to take my son. We walked in, signed in and within an hour we were being serviced. The wait time included filling out paperwork and a quick checkup; so it did not seem to take to long. The doctor was kind, spoke good English and seemed as though he knew what he was doing. The nurses and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The place was clean, kept up and smelled nice even though it was in a rather undeveloped part of town. I have not received my bill yet, so we’ll see if I need to ammend my review after that.

My mom went around agust for a caugh, they checked her lungs with the tete scope and was diagnosed pneumonia, she was given antibiotics and sent home, my mom is older and i wish they would’ve taken more precautions, yes they were nice and the place was clean, but if they would’ve taken the time to take an Xray, they would’ve seen that it was a tumor in her chest, the caugh obviously never went away until we ended up in the emergency room and by then the cancer had advanced alot, i have no trust in them now

Very professional, very courteous and well trained staff. Even the allied health support staff (Medical Assistants) were knowledgeable and clinically sound. When I began my career in healthcare 15 years ago, I was a medical assistant. That being said, I’m usually very critical and quite frankly, quick to question MA staff as many «schools» provide extremely poor clinical education. I digress. The entire experience was top-​notch, professional. The provider (Nurse practitioner) was very cool and had a great bedside manner. Well played Kaweah Delta Urgent Care! No billing issues, no nonsense. PRO TIP: use their online pre-​registration and it can virtually eliminate waiting room times. I was in & out with a solid treatment plan in less than 45mins.

I brought my 2 sick kids in this morning. I was surprised how fast, easy, and clean this place is. I checked my kids in with one of the ladies at registration. She was very kind and professional. Love that. Immediately after walking out of registration, a nurse met me and walked us to the back. We didn’t have to sit and wait which is nice with 2 sick kiddos. The waiting room is actually pretty big. The nurse that checked my kids temp and so on was nice. No complaints about him.
We seen Dr. Mansfield. Very soft spoken and awesome doctor. My daughter is mortified of doctors and he handled her extremely well. He even let my son help him check her breathing with his stethoscope.
I can’t think of one thing to complain about when it comes to this urgent care. I was kinda sketchy about bring my kids here because every time I drive by there are the most random people up front. Never judge a book by its cover I guess.
