WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS SINCE 2008. DENISE HAS ALWAY GROOMED OUR OLDER DOG. TWO YEARS AGO WE BEGAN TAKING OUR LARGER GIRL TO BE GROOMED. SHE IS SEEN BY NONA. OUR DOGS HATE BATHS AS WELL AS BEING GROOMED (REGARDLESS OF WHO IS DOING THE GROOM). THEY ALWAYS FEEL BETTER WHEN ITS ALL OVER. WITHOUT FAIL THEY LOOK GREAT; IF WE NEED ANYTHING TO BE SHORTER THEY ARE HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE. I KNOW IT IS NOT THE FANCIEST PET SALON IN TOWN BUT THE OVER HEAD FOR A DOG GROOMING BUSINESS WOULD NEED TO BE KEPT LOW IN ORDER TO MAKE ANY KIND OF PROFIT. BUSINESS OWNERS CRINGE WHEN IT IS TIME FOR A RATE CHANGE; I'M SURE IT COST MORE TO KEEP THE DOORS OPEN TODAY, AS DOES MINE. THANK YOU C' C'S

Took my dog here last month. Two days later went to the vet and I was embarrassed when the vet showed me my dogs ears were very. They did a poor job on trimming his nails. He did smell good but I didn’t pay for just a bath. Today I went to a different pet salon and night and day difference in the job done I could totally tell that the new place did a way better job then when I brought my dog here. Also I didn’t get a call when my dog was ready I had to call and ask what was taking so long and they replied «oh he’s been ready»

What great care they took. The dogs looked and smelled fabulous! My favorite place I have found to take my big dogs for a professional bath and nail clipping.

I took both of my cats to CC’s Pet Salon last summer. When I picked up my cats, they were acting weird. One of my cats was shaking horribly. I said, «He has never acted like this in his life!» The female groomer said, «He shaking because he’s cold, he’s alright». I think not!!! Please don’t take your beloved cats here for grooming! I felt so bad about taking my cat there

Took my dog in at about 12:30 in the afternoon, didn’t hear anything back for several hours. Called at 4 and they said she would be ready at 4:30. Went down to pick her up and they were barely brining her out of the bath to be trimmed. She was so stressed out, I had never heard those kinds of noises out of her before.
She had spots of untrimmed fur all over.
Will not be returning.

I took my three little babies to CC’S and they were taken care of by a groomer Nam Randy. Randy was coureous, kind, and so thourough, I felt completely confident leaving my boys in her care. I can not stress enough how pleased I was, but remember this… MAKE APPT WITH RANDY, no one else. She’s very good, and genuinely cares about your animsls

I’ve been taking my furry baby to Gayla since about 2010! She is extremely wonderful, my child comes back to me always happy, always smelling good and looking more than adorable! Gayla is very flexible with her hours, you can call her the day of and sometimes get the quickie appointment. For drop off you can drop your kid off earlier than the appointment which is sometimes really convenient and Gayla is very timely too!
An important thing for me is knowing my furry child will be treated well in the hands of a stranger. I’ve gone to groomers before (I travel a lot) and found out they had accidentally snipped her private parts too close, which is extremely uncomfortable for my baby. Total negative so trust is a major, major issue for me when I take her in, and I trust Gayla completely with her. Her prices are lower than most around town too! Oh and just an FYI I have a pomeranian. Thanks Gayla and see you for her next hair appointment!

Still awful.

Don’t waste your or your dog’s time here. The management is inconsistent in price/​policy, rude and disrespectful to its customers and completely unprofessional. We occasionally would take our dogs here for baths only (after having had them groomed here in the beginning) and get them groomed at Pet Envy as the grooming at Pet Envy is FAR superior (as is the management/​organization/​cleanliness/​customer service). We would get them bathed at CC’s as it was a little less expensive. No longer! $ 60 for a bath only now… from $ 35 previously. We pay this much out the door, tip included, for a full groom with bath at Pet Envy and they are so, sooooo much better. We had made an appointment in advance for our dog to have a bath today. We got her there on time. No mention of price increase. After lunch we were called and told that she was done. I was at the grocery store and was going to finish up there and then swing by to get her. Another call in this time-​frame was made curtly saying that they decided to close early and were waiting for our dog to be picked up. We dropped what we were doing and rushed over to be met by obviously irritated, crossed-​armed employees and were told «by the way, the price went up — it’ll be $ 60». I called and told my fiancé about our treatment there and he stated that if he knew our dog was being taken to CC’s and not Pet Envy, he would have nixed it as they were so rude to him when he picked her up the last time. Needless to say, we will never return to this establishment. What a rip off. Paying way more for a ghetto pet salon that does an inferior job as compared to a classy, well-​managed, highly skilled. pet salon that charges far less and is in a much more desirable location? I think NOT.

I’ve been taking my dogs to CC’s for over ten years. I have cockers and they need regular grooming. Not only does Tina do a great job with the regular tasks involved but she alerts me to any problems like fleas or sores of which I may not have been aware. My dogs love her and my one cocker I had some years back, who was quite aggressive, was putty in her hands. My most recent rescued cocker was almost ungroomable by most people but Tina has no problem with her. Good business and very responsive to their clients.

I’ve taken Rio to Tina at CC’s Pet Salon for quite a few years and when she was at the other grooming salon. She is very good with animals and does an excellent job with Rio. And, as relunctant as he is with «baths», Rio loves Tina; I’ve never has a problem with CC’s Pet Salon. When Tina left the previous groomer years prior to CC’s, I was at a loss where she had gone and was happy to find her again at CC’s. I always recommend CC’s Pet Salon for grooming to my friends with pets.
