Had 2 cars with check engine light on, charged me $ 125 to put a new thermostat in one and $ 85 service charge and in 2 days engine light was on again, did nothing but tell me drive the other around resetting something. Both engine lights are back on after 2 days. Cost me $ 200 to do nothing. Took it to Jenkins and they fixed both problem for $ 175

I really liked Bryants after I got an oil change and basic checkup for my Saturn there last March. Before going to Bryants, one of the chain car servicers in the area had told me extensive work needed to be done and quoted me an insane price. Wanting a second opinion, I went to Bryants. The guys at Bryants performed the oil change at a reasonable price and did a courtesy checkup, reassuring me that nothing further needed to be done. They (I think Charles in particular) were friendly and seemed honest.
This summer, I wanted to go back for another service — but can’t seem to get them to return my calls after multiple messages (hence, the four stars instead of five). I’m bummed that I’ll have to go to another place since this place gave me a great vibe.

Went in for some front end work on my pickup. They were able to get me in that day but the mechanic and the office gal were bickering over the appointment that I didn’t have. Shop is an absolute mess, grease everywhere and just filthy in general. Got the work done but the experience was not so great. First impressions are key, so a cleaner shop and cleaner mechanics would be a start.

I brought my Audi to Bryants because my car was blowing white smoke and not accelerating. I was prepared for the worst. Charles stayed after to get my car in. He finished it in 1 day! It was something minor. He called me before I called him and told me all of my issues I was having. I am super happy l. Will recommend and will come back.

I was from out of town and my car broke down. The started went out and I didn’t want to take it to the BMW dealer so the tow truck driver recommended this place. I told the owner to please try and get the car started so I could get back to the Los Angeles area to my mechanic. After a while he got it started charged hardly anything and I was off. Super nice man. Would highly recommend.

Bryant Automotive is one of the few honest Mechanic shops around. Charlie is extremely knowledgeable, fair, and will be up front with the problems. I have found them to be one of the few establishments that do not try to sell you on services you don’t need. Be honest with them and they will give you an honest assessment and great work to boot. Keep up the good work, guys!

Charles is awesome, and very honest! I took my truck to (Main St Tires) about 8 Months ago for an alignment, and they told me I needed to replace the rack and pinion and other stuff before they could align it. I decided to park my truck and drive my other car. On 5÷22÷13 I took it to Charles for the repairs… Well Guess what? Charles put it on the lift and inspected it and said everything looks good! No repairs needed?!! He just said it really needs a good alignment! I asked him how much for the inspection? Charles said” nothing, just bring it back after you get new wheels/​tires and I’ll align it for you” Charles is very honest, probably the last honest mechanic around. He treats you like an old friend.

I found Bryant’s Complete Automotive after losing a front wheel bearing on my 1951 Ford Woodie, Friday 3÷8÷13 while driving to Woodies in the Valley. After pulling over on 198, I called a good friend who lives in Visalia, also one of the people putting on the show, told him of my problem and he responded with a «no problem, have it towed to Bryant’s at Santa Fe and Willow and he’ll take care of everything.
AAA had me loaded up and on the way in less than 45 minutes from placing the call. Charles was there ready & waiting for me when I arrived and soon had the car up in the air and problem found. I lost an outer front wheel bearing and because I had to drive some with it, I needed a new rotor, both bearings and some axle work!
Charles was the greatest guy, super honest and showing me everything going on. No problem he says, if we can get the parts you’ll be back on the road in just a bit. He is a great guy, very knowledgeable with older cars and I raved about the service, great price and excellent work done to all my Woodie buddies the whole weekend.
Everyone complains about no good service anymore and obnoxious people mad about having to work. Charles likes his job, likes what he does, does it great honest way and is a great guy. I felt like I was at my friends place watching him work on his car.
