OH MY GOODNESS. This could be a scam. They called me with a claim from a company I did business with. They had no correct information. They had no proof and could not tell me much. What a joke. I have other people I pay from the same card account and no one else has had a problem getting funds from this account. They are indeed useless.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I took my son to emergency room (the hospital failed to bill medi cal) I got a call from them after I didn’t have medi cal anymore. I told them I was working part time 8hours a week! I told her what my check normally came out too she had the nerve to tell me she wanted all my check I told her I couldn’t do that I have a baby I told her I can do $ 20 a month until I got a stable job she said that isn’t good enough! Even tho I was trying to make something… Wow! When asked to speak to a supervisor I was denied. They keep blowing me up EVERY day 3 times a day. I don’t answer. They can send me a letter with a settlement! Im not going to pay anything dealing with people like that. Clearly it’s bad to be in collections but they need to understand that life can be hard and to be turned down on payments you can make!!!

Back in April, I went to the urgent care with my child. They said I had an outstanding fee. They asked if I lived in Utah (never been there). The urgent care gave me the number to call and pay the fee. I did it right then and there. I spoke to Acclaim credit they had the same information (in correct address). I paid the fee. In July, I go to refinance my house and find this on my credit and ask them to remove it and they said they could not do that. Horrible customer service! Now I will lose my house because of them. I lost my job and got a new one with half the pay, now I will lose my house all because of one item I had no idea about. This is so wrong!

This company is absolutely useless. I asked them to collect a debt on my behalf in January 2009. Called them in September 2012 just to find out that they were unable to contact the debtor. They didn’t even bother to notify me about it. When asked what further steps they were planning to take, they answered, «None». I closed the account right away. Next day, I drove to the debtor’s office, talked to him and settled the dispute. What they couldn’t do in three years took me exactly fifteen minutes.
Don’t waste your time.
