Established in 1997.

I was a General Contractor for 23 years, Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects. I started Inspecting Homes almost 16 years ago and have over 5000 satisfied customers. I am a Consumer Advocate explaining how a house works and what needs to be done to keep it that way.

As a Licensed Public adjuster I am an advocate for the home owner ensuring they are treated fairly by their Home Owners Insurance company in the event sudden and accidental damage occurs.

I founded a local chapter of the «American Society of Home Inspectors» (ASHI); Co-​Founder and Secretary of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Home Inspectors (PHIC); Served on numerous National Committies and a 3 year term on the ASHI National Board of Directors.
