Why all the hate? This Wendy’s is fine. The food is great. The service is fine and the place is nice. Would not recommend coming here at night though, they tend to screw up orders and become slow. Other than that it’s good.

If I could give this location zero stars I absolutely would. I’ve been coming to this location since I was maybe 7 I’m grown now and this has been the WORST wendys I’ve ever been to in my 21 years. They mess up every order or they’re out of everything I want every time I go there. I can never get the drive through associate to ever tell me my total before pulling up and I have the doors slammed in my face before I can ever let them know my order is wrong and they never come back. Basically this entire establishment is a mess and your employees are rude. I’d rather take my business literally anywhere but here at this point. It’s ridiculous.

If I could I would give this Wendy’s 0 stars. got there at 10pm today and went through drive thru. «Wendys what do u want?» i thought immediately that she was being rude. I ordered an Asiago chicken meal, my favorite btw, fries and a drink. She said «is that all?» I said yes. She said «2nd window». Drove up and got my meal. The sandwich was poorly made, the lettuce was on the side on the wrap stuck with mayo. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s and I don’t plan on going back to this location!

I don’t care for fast food, but my daughter and granddaughter were hungry and needed to grab something quick. This location isn’t the cleanest, but it’s not filthy either. It was difficult to find a table that had been wiped down and the place wasn’t overly busy so I’m not sure why no one was on top of that. The young lady that took our order seemed more in a hurry to get the order in as though she had some place to be. She wasn’t very friendly, but she got the order right and the food was served promptly. When we seated ourselves, all of the food was hot and not old tasting like some that sit under heat lights too long. Overall, it’s exactly as one would expect from a fast food restaurant. Not above par, but not terrible either.

I like to have them for a quick salad on my lunch. That being said I hate coming in here but sometimes do to want to eat in my car. The managers, both of them, but one in particular is the rudest, most unprofessional woman. They way she addresses her employees is degrading, obnoxious and rude. You have to listen to her LOUD mouth your entire meal. The employees are all very sweet and nice. Very hard working, she’s just plain rude and an should not address her people in the way she does in front of customers. I feel so bad for them all. I wouldn’t last long with a women like that on a power trip. Your a manager at Wendy’s lady. It’s not that serious.

It was after 1pm on a weekday.
The line inside was really long and very slow. Guy in front of me commented to me about the long slow line. The staff seemed friendly but moved a little slow, no urgency in their movements.
I probably would have been served quicker in the drive thru, it is usually the opposite.
I redeemed my free Unilocal frosty, vanilla.

It’s Wendy’s, so surprises there. They have better service here than at most drive-​thru places around the area, but they overcook their bacon. I’m not sure if it’s a corporate thing now, or just this place. Fries are always fresh, though!
