History

Established in 2015.

Louie Berbert has been building homes and a contractor for over 3 years. He has built over 75 energy star certified homes here in Hampton Roads.

After paying for mediocre home inspection about one year ago, Louie decided to use his outstanding customer service skills combined with his knowledge of home systems and help the home buyers and sellers of Hampton Roads.

Business Owner

Louie Berbert is a veteran who has made Hampton Roads his home since 1997. After being honorable discharged in 2000, Louie has dedicated his career to the improvement of customer service. He has held numerous leadership positions with both local and Fortune 500 companies.

In 2011 while maintaining a busy career and family life, Louie graduated with honors from Tidewater Community College with an Associate’s degree in business management.

While working at CarMax as a Service Operations Manager, Louie coached and developed his store team to become the number one store in the company for 2012. During this time he also lead the store through a process improvement project that created a new platform for the entire service experience.

Louie has been a project manager for the last two years building dozens of homes in the Hampton Roads area. He completed a two year training program in 14 months while maintaining the highest customer service scores.
