Established in 2013.

With a background in planning some of the most première corporate events in Hampton Roads, Rachel and Jill have joined together to create The Whimsical Wish. Rachel and Jill believe that every child should be celebrated and each event should be memorable!

They create parties that are unique, stylish, whimsical, and darling. They strive to spark the imagination of children and make the birthday child feel truly adored. It is their mission to host the absolute best children’s parties in the area. Thanks to an extensive history in event planning, The Whimsical Wish offers a variety of creative themed girl and boy parties that are sure to provide endless memories.
