Dropped in for two Amazon returns during a storm. My packages needed some attention and to be patted down with a towel from the rain, which I planned on finishing at the store, but the gentleman working this evening took care of everything for me and I was on my way within two minutes. He really did not have to extend his assistance, but this is a great example of going the extra mile! Very pleased.
I would frequent this location more often if they had an alternative for printing other than the self printer which charges by the minute.

The point of a UPS store is to be able to ship items in a timely fashion. I had a time-​sensitive UPS package to be mailed today, January 2nd (mother words, not a holiday). The website and the physical door said the store opened at 9:00am, so I showed up at 9… doors locked and lights off. I tried again at 9:10, and waited around till 9:20. What a waste of time — I will clearly avoid this location in the future.

I am a regular since I have a PO Box. Easy in and out. Staff smiling and helpful. Place is clean and seems never busy. Some minor debris outside of door in mulch. Very good UPS store.
