Specialties

The Adventure Park is an eco-friendly, aerial challenge course where kids, teens, and adults can climb, zip line, and swing through the Adventure Forest’s 13 different aerial trails that range from easy to expert difficulty. The course is located in the trees above the Owls Creek Nature Path between the Virginia Aquarium’s Marsh Pavilion and Bay & Ocean Pavilion. Up in the trees, quirky bridges made of wood, rope, and cable stretch between wooden platforms to make trails that stretch throughout the Owls Creek Nature Path. Ages 5 to Adult can enjoy this amazing climbing and zipping adventure that is perfect for friends, families, and co-workers.

The Labyrinth is smaller-scale version of the Adventure Forest for kids ages 5 – 9 and accompanying adults. The Labyrinth is a contained, two-story course that consists of smaller versions of the quirky bridges that make up the Adventure Forest. The labyrinth gives kids the freedom to choose their own path as they decide which bridges are right for them. More challenging bridges are located on the second story of the labyrinth for kids who want an extra challenge.

At night the Adventure Forest is lighted beautifully so climbers ages 7 to Adult can enjoy the trails after the sun goes down. Discounted «Twilight Special» tickets are available from 8 – 9 PM so climbers can climb until the park closes.

Tickets are available at the front desk of either the of the Aquarium’s Marsh or Bay & Ocean Pavilions.
