We establish their business in order for them to own their business versus the business owning them. The business owner has the ability to take time away from the business for a short time while the business runs itself.

We empower them to introduce a full-​time management team to run the business or position the business to be sold or transition the ownership of the business to a successor.

We accomplish thru: 1) Rainmaker Challenge Series Program, 2) 3to5 Club, 3) Advisory Meeting, 4) Consulting Engagement, 5) Review Service, and 6) Facilitating Service.

History

Established in 2011.

Having a natural interest and passion for the business world, Arnel took a business course titled «Being in Business and Having it All» by a professional Business Coach, Rick Corbin.

This experience led Arnel to leave the Nursing Field and take a full time position with Business Network International as its Southeastern Virginia Area Director. During his tenure as BNI’s Area Director, Arnel managed twenty-​eight BNI Chapters totaling over 600 members from 1997 through 2004. Through his experience as a BNI Area Director, Arnel mastered the art of «getting in the trenches» with his clients, helping hundreds of small business owners to become «Rainmakers.»

He left BNI and became part owner of a local franchise Team Nimbus in late 2004 with Eddie Drescher. In 2005, the both of them left and started their own company, Drescher & Tanyag. In 2011, he left to start Tanyag & Company. He is the Managing Partner.

I am man of God, husband to Jeanice Tanyag, father to Kyle, Zoe, Nathan, and Titus (our dog). My wife and I are very active in our church, Life Church, Virginia Beach.
