Not the best Starbucks in the world, but they get the job done! They are in a really convenient location so I come here frequently, but the one on Laskin in Virginia Beach is typically a better experience. The upside is that this location has more seating than most Starbucks, so there’s plenty of room for informal meetings, homework, or just hanging out. The outside seating is a place as well! Beware: If you love your tea fizzed like I do, it may not work. The last 5 times I’ve been here the machine has worked only twice.

This is «my Starbucks.» I’ve been coming to this location for years. The new upgrades inside are straight forward. I could see 35 maximum people fitting in their café. The selection of options is very high, they keep things nicely stocked. I wish the music was a little cooler. It’s stale smooth jazz sound doesn’t fit the guests or the area next to Mt. trashmore. Even typical coffee house music of voice and guitar would have fit this café better. And it’s loud. The café is steady. It’s clean in here, and my visit to the bathroom was very clean and smelled great! The condiment bar was well stocked and free of mess. Thank God. Most I visit, the condiment bar is a mess! The outdoor area looks awesome, no cigarettes butts to be found! The outside seats about 20, and sadly faces the business Boulevard and an office park. But drinks on the outside are nice here. Oh! The drive thru passes right past you outside. The outside is no smoking. The drive thru is steady so you will experience a little wait but not super long. On my way to work I give myself an extra 10 – 12 minutes for the Starbucks stop here. The lot is clean and there’s plenty of space to park. The staff is diligent and friendly, but they don’t do anything above their jobs. All in all this is a good Starbucks that gives you what you expect of the brand. I’d like it more if they went a little more above and beyond to really make it an experience. You can count on this Starbucks to do what Starbucks says they do.

Overall, this is a good Starbucks location. This was my first visit here as I came in today and was one of the only ones open in the area for the holiday. I came in because I had their Merry Holidays card and it expired today, so I wanted to take full advantage of it. Since it’s a holiday, the place was not too busy, but did have a steady crowd, both inside and their drive through window. On this visit, I had ordered the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino. The frappuccino was good, just like other locations I have been to. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. They have a bit of a different system where the order is printed out on printer and affixed to your cup when you get the order, including the name for the order. I like that since it confirms it is your drink that has come out ready. There isn’t a lot of seating at this location, so I wouldn’t recommend staying to to work on stuff and such here. Overall, this was a great experience for a Starbucks and the fact that they were open on Christmas Day was a nice plus. The overall mood and experience in there was festive and thoroughly enjoyed that. If you’re looking for a Starbucks and in this part of the city, this is a good location to come to.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help. My coffee came out exactly the way that I like it. And by recommendation of the cashier the bbq brisket sandwich was hot and tasty! I never felt rushed to make a decision and order, the cashier took her time to explain/answer my questions. Even when I unintentionally made it difficult for her.

Why are the lines so long?! I desperately needed regular coffee after a night of heavy drinking and still being tipsy driving to work so I quickly pulled into this starbucks and I was about the 6th car from the ordering thingy. There is no quick anything from this starbucks. It seems like everyone and anyone goes here on their way to work. If your oder in coffees for the whole building please go inside! I think there should be a limit as to how much you order through the drive thru. It took me 10+ minutes to order coffee and get it!

Grabbed a quick sandwich and latte for a dinner. Sandwich was hot and gooey and just what I expected. I love the Egg and Cheddar muffin! I ordered the flat white with whole milk for the first time and it was creamy and sweet without any added sugars or syrups. All in all-this is a conveniently located Starbucks to hit up right off of 264. It can get a little busy at times, but the staff do their damnedest to keep up.

When I don’t make coffee at home before heading to work at 6 a.m. or 6 p.m., I go to this Starbucks location. It’s conveniently located by I-264. It usually takes 5 – 10 minutes to zip through the drive-thru. The baristas are cheerful before I’m even awake! I do wish though that my(hot) lattes are filled to the rim since I don’t add any creamer or sugar. Maybe I should ask! This spot is pretty accommodating about my «light iced» requests when ordering cold drinks. One mid-morning, I planned to use my free drink reward for a grande light iced soy green tea late. When I reached the window, the barista said, «Don’t worry about it. I apologize for taking so long. It’s on me.» That was so sweet of her!

Did you know that the breakfast sandwiches have frozen eggs? I didn’t until they gave me one that was completely frozen in the middle. I went the next day and they did it again. It was absolutely the most disgusting thing I could have imagined. I’m done, no more Starbucks for me, and my wallet is happy about that considering how much a treat and a drink or a meal will run you there.

I am an early customer at 4:30 am. They are always so nice and my order is perfect every time no matter who waits on me. I am a latte drinker and bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich regular. I am also a tea drinker and have been very happy with passion and chia selections /suggestions. This is becoming on of my favorite locations. Indian river location is my other go to location. You cannot go wrong in either place as far as I am concerned.

Two entrances. The first one is to park and go inside. The second one is so you can go to the drive thru. Dumbass me got rather overzealous once, pulled into the first entrance and awkwardly tried to get into the drive thru and got sniffed by a few a folks who wouldn’t let me squeeze in line. That was my 5am WTH moment. Other than that, this location isn’t too shabby. It’s more of a pass through Starbucks, not one that I would recommend you go to and hang out to get some work done. It’s the usual friendly folks working. I stopped in today to get a quick lunch since it was near the office and was the most convenient place to go with only 20 minutes to spare. I was in and out within five minutes.

I am loving my free Starbucks cup that was given away to each customer on the re-grand opening day. The morning staff is awesome, friendly, and welcoming. This location is clean and full of smiling customers. I am sure to return, thanks guys!

The sole reason this place is getting a third star is because of Brandon who commonly works the drive thru. There almost every day and always equally cheery and happy! I am constantly getting other people’s orders or having my drinks made incorrectly here, which can be really frustrating in rush hour traffic on my way to work and not realizing this until I’ve gotten a mile down the road. Nothing puts a damper on your morning quite like ordering one thing and receiving another. I’m pretty sure I’m giving up on corporate coffee places. I’ll just splurge on a keurig and safe myself the trouble.

It’s a Mcdonalized company so you know you’ll get your Carmel Frappé and It will taste the same no matter where you go. Where this location is convenient for me it’s right before I get to the hwy every morning. They seem to be pretty fast most days I never wait to long in the drive thru.

There are small *$, there are large *$. This one is more of a Grande than a Venti. Tables inside of the normal configuration and tables outside where you can watch the folks leaving the drive through. Pastries and drinks in the coolers, or just get your coffee and add your milk and sweetener and then get back on to Independence Road. My double espresso(DAHpio? DOHpio?) was quick and gave me the boost I needed.

Conveniently placed close to the highway, this little spot has aided in many drives to work and long trips where my desire for a tasty beverage or treat was in full affect. I’ve tried many different items here but my go to is the Venti Java Chip Frappuccino with no whip and on occasion I couple it with a Lemon Pound Cake. This location is usually pretty quick and your wait even on busier mornings isn’t very long. As almost always the associates put you in a good mood because of their bubbliness, I always wondered if was a coffee high or if they just hire bubbly individuals. Either way they have the most welcoming tattooed people in the bizz. It’s a great place with indoor and outdoor seating. Check them out when you’re in the mood for coffee, a place to chat or people watch.

Don’t come here And expect a peaceful quiet conversation over coffee. Music is generally quite loud. From time to time people about their small children run wild

Convenient location with a good fast drive through. When I carpooled with a coworker a few years ago she always wanted to stop in here in the mornings for Starbucks. They are pretty fast and efficient in the morning in the drive through. Their oatmeal is delicious — you get a bunch of little packets of mix ins to add. Brown sugar, cranberries, nuts etc. I’ve also had their breakfast egg sandwich. Pretty good too.
