I bought a used RV from John and Brandon. Great people and great to deal with. But Make absolutely sure that the paperwork is in order before giving money to Mr. Fred Snyder. The title I received from out of state (NC) had to be notorized and I verified this by both DMV’s VA and NC. It was very difficult to get this done by Mr. Snyder. He called my wife a liar when she took the title to him for me as work precluded me from doing so and that he had been in business all these years and that it was not needed. But BOTH DMV’s required it. He is very unprofessional compared to his employees. If it wasn’t for John and Brandon, if I were to have met Mr. Snyder first I would not have purchased an RV from his FAMILY BUSINESS. I know my wife didn’t feel like much of a family if he treated his family the way my family was treated by him personally.

We pulled into the camp ground at Little Creek, hooked up and turned on the water. The toilet valve went shooting across the room followed by a jet of water.
Needless to say the toilet needed to bee fixed.
I searched for a close for a nearby RV dealer and found Snyder’s, called them and they had the parts needed to fix the toilet. Reasonable prices and a fountain of knowledge and a willingness to share.
My highest recommendation!!!

I had my 5th wheel in repair of an electrical surge. After about 2 weeks they told me that everything was repaired or replaced and it was ready to go. I asked if the refrigerator was working and they assured me that they tested it with an infrared thermometer and that it was working. After picking it up, driving home and setting it up I couldn’t get the frig to work. I called and they told me to bring it back in. This time they checked in front of me and low and behold it had a bad part and they had to keep it another 2 weeks to order the part. Finally I went to pick it up after the frig repair and they directed me to where it was parked and told me I could take it home. I ventured out on my own to their back storage lot only to find that their technician had left the cargo light on leaving the battery completely drained. Even hooked to my trucks power I couldn’t work the jacks. I had to call service and have them bring out a jump box. When the service tech arrived he assured me that it would work off the truck power and that I shouldn’t need a jump. At this point I was a little pissed so I just started up the truck and showed him instead of trying to explain it again. After the jump I got her home and was going through the RV… The frig was working, but they neglected to replace the circuit board cover on the frig and didn’t route the drain tube through the door, it was just laying inside on the floor. Very unhappy with the level of professionalism with this service department and their clear lack of detail or pride in their work
