I love the convenience of the smart keys that came with my 2012 Camry Hybrid but having one replaced is exponentially more expensive than just getting a new key blank cut. I bought a replacement key fob on ebay and I gave these guys a call. Victor came right to my house within a couple of hours and had everything he needed to program the new key. Unfortunately I bought a key that had been programmed before and wouldn’t work w/​o flashing my computer. Victor said he could do it but had risks so I opted to get a new key. He said there would be no charge… I gave him $ 20 anyway for the trip: It was my mistake.
I bought a legit key and gave him a call back. Victor showed up again in their cool little van and had my new key programmed in less than 10 minutes and even applied the $ 20 from the first visit to my final cost. I was extremely impressed.
TL;DR: Victor is punctual, gracious and honest.

We had a bathroom door locked from the inside at 10pm. The gentleman came within 40 minutes and go it unlocked within 5 minutes and was very professional and nice. Would definitely use this service again.

Excellent service. Called to ask about having the locks changed on my house and they came within 3 hours. I was expecting it to be a different day. Customer service was excellent. Excellent service if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I lost my car keys and didn’t know how to go about getting them replaced didn’t want to go to the Honda dealership, so I searched Unilocal and found this company. I called to inquire about how to get a replacement key and found out the process would be much much easier than I expected…
all i needed was my Title, VIN number and identification ! I provided my VIN over the phone and 45 minutes later my new key was delivered to me at my home!!! (my ID was checked first of course) The key fit the door/​ignition perfectly.
I cannot believe how easy this was. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company if you ever find yourself in a similar situation.

I guess it happens to everyone… But losing your car keys is stressful! I drive a Volkswagen bug, so when I lost my keys I thought for sure I was going to be out hundreds of dollars to get the key replaced… Thanks to these guys I was out for under $ 200, on a Sunday, before noon! Fast and courteous service from a knowledgable professional! I would refer anyone to this company, especially if you have a hard to key type of car… Like a stupid Volkswagen! The dealership would have certainly ripped me off for at least $ 300! Thanks!

After losing my keys, I found out that the only way to replace my smart key was to get my vehicle towed to the dealer ($ 190). Then i would have to pay for my new smart key ($ 330) and the manual key ($ 23). Then for programming it was another ($ 80). They probably would have charged me another fee to break into the vehicle too since I had no keys at all. All in all it would have cost me around $ 650 with all the fees and taxes.
These guys came to me and unlocked my car, and turned my alarm off. Then within 15 mins I had a new smart key programmed and he gave me 2 free manual keys as well to keep. All for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged me.

My vehicle smart-​key with remote broke and I contacted the dealer for a replacement. It was going to require two trips to the service dept and it wasn’t cheap. I decided to «Yelp» it and found Victor with Smartpick. He came to my home today (within 45′ of my initial phone call) and made not one, but two new keys for me. It’s still not cheap but a better price than the dealer and MUCH more convenient. He offers a discount for additional keys and was a pleasure to deal with — thank you, Victor!

Thinking you have to go to a dealership to get new expensive keys? Smart Pick is better, cheaper, and quicker. 2009 VW was not a problem for them, even with all the crazy security features in the car. Call them first for keys and programming.

Lost my 2nd Autostart Key Fob for my 2012 Toyota Highlander bought a refurbished one on Ebay. Smartpick was able to program it and cut a new valet key for basically half of what the dealer wanted. He met we at the parking garage in my office within a half hour and did great work!
