Colors I picked out were jeweled toned but pale pastel when received. Was a bit late for 1st appt. and 2nd appt. didn’t show up. Told me when I got there, the office called him back & he never answered, so I left. Asked for followup call, nothing. Asking for refund to do elsewhere on that particular one. 2 office staff and possibly another one, not sure why 11 am start time is late.
