Business Owner
With a special event career that started during high schooling working for Melvin Simon & Associates on the grand opening of Lynnhaven Mall, and all major mall promotions, I developed a love of transforming spaces. My background includes promotions and public relations with a local department store, and later working for an entertainment agency which led to me starting Premier Events. I have a Batchelor of Arts in Business from Virginia Wesleyan College (GO MARLINS!) and have traveled to regular conferences and event educational opportunities to further my knowledge and skill in the event industry. Last year, I held the position of President for our local Hampton Roads Chapter of the International Special Events Society. Each day is different — every client is unique and that’s part of what I love about this business. The other part is the client’s face when they walk in after my team has completed the space and see their vision come to life.
