Visited during their grand opening event. It was my first time purchasing a car and had no idea what kind of car I was looking for. Miss Maggie helped me get all the initial paperwork in order and narrow my list to a handful of great cars. I eventually picked one and was explained step by step of the process and never felt overwhelmed or pressured. I left that afternoon with a car, and the satisfaction of knowing I finally found a friendly, honest, and reliable place I can bring my car for servicing!

This place was amazing. They are relatively new to this area of town. I will definitely be back and recommend this shop. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional.
I came in for a state inspection. Of course my much older car needed work. They broke down what needed to be done to pass, what should be focused on in the near future, and what could be left undone without harm to me or my car. They worked with my budget and even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait all day at the shop. They also sell cars… if that service is anything like this service, I will be looking there for my next vehicle. Thanks to everyone at Performance Auto!

First impressions are part of the long-​lasting relationship with any establishment you go to. My immediate first impression of performance auto was based off of their customer service. It is not an all male staff. Everyone there my wife and I interacted with was very courteous and professional. But more importantly had a down to earth personality.
We needed a new alternator and an oil change. The service tech called with the quote and was able to complete the job within four hours from dropping off the vehicle.
If you are expecting cheap labor this is not the place to go to. If you want quality service with fair pricing then this is the place to go. I would rather pay The extra for quality service from my staff that cares about their job and cares about their customers. If I wanted subpar service and cheap costs, there are many other places you can take your vehicle
I trust the staff, I know my wife will be in good hands when ever she has a vehicle in need of service and I’m not around.
Yes, they are new in town, but they are not new to the business. And because of all this, we plan to continue to make this our family’s auto repair shop.
