Called this company about my water heater being out and thought it was an electrical problem because my breaker kept tripping. They said they could come tomorrow for $ 95.00 an hour; fix it if they had time. They came the next morning and said that I had a squirrel eat through my wiring and that was causing a short. They gave me a quote to replace my breaker box for $ 2225 or fix my wires for $ 525.00 And charged me $ 95.00 for only being there for thirty minutes to tell me this. In addition, they told me that it’s not easy and you can’t just connect the wires.
I went to home depot and spent $ 15.00 on wire strippers/​cutters. And took down my sheet rock and cut and joined the wires myself in a total of 15 minutes. Something the company could have done within the hour but chose not to. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!
