I was given this tow company through Geico. I was given an hour wait time and they were here within 20 min. The personal were very knowledgable and fast.

With it being the holidays i just want to say this is the worst towe company… the lady that sits in the office by herself is polite the guys that towe your car are very unprofessional about there job. there is nothing else to say… use someone else.

Called them at 9:30am Tuesday morning. They tell me the truck is on its way. One hour later I call back… truck driver got tied up, another half hour. I called back at 11:30 same story. It’s now 12:30. No one has contacted me, nor have I seen anyone. I actually witnessed a accident, both cars mangled, police and pedestrians show. Tow trucks show up, clean up and drive off yet I’m still here in the middle of a hot day waiting for this company to show. If I didn’t already committ to metro and wait so long I’d have called another company that’ll actually show up in a reasonable amount of time.
