Started as a teen working for my dad, Was in the us navy for 4 years and refined my trade. Years of schooling made me better. I like the outdoors,

growing my garden, going on vacations with my 4 kids and 8 grandkids, and going to all thier games. Enjoy working on my home. But the reason for my job is that I love meeting new people and bieng able to really help them, reward is a new friend for life.

We had somebody from this company inspected my aunts house few weeks ago so we can get a quote for heating. After he inspected the house, he told us he will send a quote/​estimated cost thru my email but never did. They even moved the original appointment we had, supposedly Friday afternoon then they called me morning that same day that they won’t be able to come, so basically it was a short notice. The guy who inspected the house was not even approachable, like he just came in, started measuring things inside the house and etc. The big thing that made me really upset is, don’t tell me you will send me email for a quote if you’re not really going to. If they weren’t able to or not comfortable installing heating system in the house he could have just emailed me atleast rather than keeping us waiting for nothing.

I had a compressor go out in my a/​c and called jt mechanical to handle the situation. The owner Jeff came out within 2 hours to address the problem. He was very polite, professional, informative on the process. I would highly recommend jt mechanical to my friends, family, and all our future hvac needs.

I just read a reply made on 7÷17÷2015 to my May 28th review saying they don’t offer 24 hour service and they don’t advertise that. That’s fine. However, I left a voicemail saying I needed help. My voicemail was never returned. Whether or not they offer 24-​hour service wasn’t the reason for my poor review. It’s the fact that no one returned my voicemail.

Heating went out last night and I contacted JT Mechanical this morning on New Years Eve. To my surprise they were able to get someone to my house in about 2 ½ hours. Technician was timely, polite, professional and clean. Very fair pricing. I’ll be using this company again if I have any other problems.

I called because I didn’t have heat. Before setting up service call, they tried to problem solve with me to insure I needed a technician. When we did schedule to appt. the service guy was very punctual and helpful. Customer service is excellent!

After snaking my old sewer line a few weeks ago, I asked them to repair/​replace the clogged and broken section under the front yard. It was not a fun job and more damage than was anticipated was discovered. Not only was the repair done well, the care taken with the lawn, the replacement of the dirt, and the rest of the clean up was utterly professional. It is very VERY hard for me to trust contractors. You’ve restored my faith. You guys take pride in your work and do a great job. You have a devoted customer and fan here. Thank you.

Who needs Angie’s List when you can have Unilocal for free. We returned home from vacation to a very cold house late on a Saturday evening. I let my fingers do some walking on the Unilocal pages and found JT Mechanicals to be well reviewed. Thank you Lance and Mary R. for making my decision easier. I left a message on Sunday hoping for a call back Monday morning but no… I got a call back within 2 minutes. I assured Jeff that we had a toasty fireplace and an electric blanket, we can wait until Monday am. He was punctual and came with very cute booties to cover his shoes.
Jeff verified that my husband had done all the resets listed on the furnace properly and that we needed a new logic board, ugh. He then drove to the Trane Parts Store, brought it back and installed it. We felt that the service and labor charges were on par with what we expected.
Quick reply, fast service, punctual, neat and clean, fair price. What more could you want? His truck says Heating/​Cooling/​Plumbing.

These guys provide outstanding service! They are honest, professionals and show up on time. We have used them for AC service the past few years and consistently been impressed. They explain and show what the problem is and offer a resolution. I would say they are extremely trustworthy as well. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC services needed.

Solid and quick service. Came out on the same day, in fact, within one hour. It was not a busy time of year, but he could have put me off and he didn’t. Jeff assessed the problem quickly and didn’t try to sell a bunch of extras. Our system is really old, so he could have found several repairs. Won’t hesitate to use him again and will call when we replace our system.

Glad to see Jeff and the crew getting some positive reviews on Unilocal.I should have done this sooner, myself.
A couple of months back we were have some furnace issues, so we called JT Mechanical. Jeff was out the next day and diagnosed several issues that needed to be addressed. What impressed me was that one part that needed to be replaced was under warranty and that saved me some money. However, I wouldn’t have known that and only Jeff’s honesty saved that money for me. He easily could have charged me for that part.
A week or so later, we had more issues and Jeff was out the same day. It turned out to be an easy fix (unrelated to the previous work) but Jeff’s prompt service was again the thing that impressed me most. We were up and running in no time.
I would readily recommend JT Mechanical to anyone needing reliable and honest work. You won’t be sorry.
