Got take out from this place. Tasted good and everyone enjoyed it initially until those who ate the lo mein noodles got food poisoning!!! Horrible headache and vomiting. I know the health department has written them up for improper food storage and looks like it has struck again. Threw all left overs away and will NOT be eating here again!

I’ve been coming to this place for years off & on for the beef/broc, shrimp lo mein, & gen tso’s chicken, the food is always decent, it’s much better when their busy and everything is fresh(you can taste when it’s not lol) service is fast, the area isn’t so safe BUT a lot of cops frequent this place so that’s a plus, I must admit in the past the foods been hit or miss hence my fresh comment above, it’s been almost a year since I’ve come here because of that, but I think the employees must have been made aware of that and the cold(sometimes coming off as rude customer service) because upon visiting them recently I was greeted with smiles & hello, how are you’s? ANNND the food was really fresh like fresh veggies in the fried rice and a new recipie for the general tso’s chicken & shrimp egg rolls and hopefully everything else too, I used to drive 25mins out of my way to rainbow garden but not anymore!

I love Chinese food, and every Jade Garden is not the same, but each time I come in here the lady at the cash register always seem to have a «stankin» attitude. Each time I walk through the door, I have to speak first. maybe she didn’t hear me at the door. When I get to the counter I speak and say hello again, still nothing, maybe I am mumbling… hell I don’t know. Then when it’s time to pay, and she swipes my card, at the bottom you are suppose to leave a tip? For what? Her attitude? The last time I came in and scratched the tip out, I was missing a egg roll, no lie! Outside the food tasting good, and minus her attitude, everything is great.

Chinese food is Chinese food, I get it. But for me, when I’m looking for the quick and easy I’m going to my little local Jade Garden because they aren’t ever busy which means my food is made when I order. It’s not sitting around waiting to be heated up. Last night I ordered the generals chicken which was nice and crispy! I like my generals with a little crunch! I hate when the pieces of chicken are huge and I have to chop em down in size to eat. Because you gotta have some rice with that chicken, ya know? This Jade Garden gave me all I wanted, crispy bite-sized pieces! I ordered the crab rangoons too and they were good, not the best I’ve had, but they do me alright.
