Horseless Carriage Limousine, LLC

Used them for an engagement dinner for my brother to take us too and from a restaurant. Driver was very courteous and even apologized for not showing up late even though he was a few minutes early. Limo was nice and very clean. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I recently used horseless carriage for my wedding day transportation. I was extremely disappointed with their services and would not recommend them or use them in the future. I called and emailed several times leading up to the wedding to confirm a limousine from the church to our reception site then a town car from our reception site to our hotel. The day of, the limousine showed up to transfer our wedding party. However, the town car was supposed to be at our reception at 10:00pm. It was not. After making our grand exit at 10, we went outside to find our ride not waiting. I finally found my phone and had a few missed calls from the driver. I finally got a hold of the driver and was questioned why I wasn’t answering. I of course, did not have my cell phone on me while getting married. I was told that the driver was still waiting at the airport for a couple who’s flight was late. I was astounded by this. Not showing up for a client because the one before was running late (it would be safe to assume there were a multitude of taxis at the airport that this other couple could have used). I was forced to stand outside in my wedding dress waiting for a guest to give us a ride to our hotel, not only embarrassing but incredibly frustrating. I was refunded pretty quickly, but not even offered an apology, which makes me think this might happen somewhat frequently. I was extremely disappointed in this vendor.
