The owner, David Bocock was then Operations Manager for a large heating and cooling company but saw a better way to do business than trying to milk out every last dollar from a customer. Served in the US Navy and then began his career in the heating and cooling industry working for Russel’s Heating and Cooling where he rose through the ranks to become operations manager. After experiencing what was necessary to keep a large business afloat he set out on his own. Hometown Heating and Cooling opened its doors in the summer of 2002 and has kept the philosophy that the larger a company gets the more it has to charge its customers and that is not the way we want to do business. We have stayed small and streamlined and save you hundreds of dollars over the competition yet we still manage to handle the majority of calls we get quicker the the large outfits do and with much higher quality personel.
