Established in 1985.

This firm was originally the Law Office of Martin Garfinkel. In 2003, we became Garfinkel and Pfeiffer. Then in 2007, we changed our name to Hampton Roads Legal Services.

Meet the Business Owner

Edrie P.

Business Owner

Edrie Pfeiffer is the managing attorney for Hampton Roads Legal Services. She oversees all aspects of the Firm. Ms. Pfeiffer handles all Bankruptcy Court appearances and the Divorce Hearings. She oversees all cases from start to finish with the assistance of her experienced staff.

Ms. Pfeiffer received a BS from Oregon State University in 1980. She earned a MA from Webster University in 1983 completing a two year program in one year while serving as an Officer in the US Army. Ms. Pfeiffer received her JD from Regent University School of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at Regent, she served on the Law Review and had her article published. Mrs. Pfeiffer also attended Georgetown University School of Law earning a Master of Law. She graduated with distinction and completed the two year program in one year. Ms. Pfeiffer has been licensed to practice in Virginia since 1997.
