Fritz and his wife Sandy moved back to Virginia Beach in 2014 after spending 18 years in the Clearwater Florida area. Fritz is happy to be home, close to his grandchildren, and is eager to continue his real estate career here in Virginia Beach. Fritz’s 30 years of sales experience and his financial services background taught him the importance of listening to and understanding the client’s needs. As a result, he acquired the business skills necessary to see a transaction through to closing, while remaining focused on his client’s personal concerns as well. Helping clients achieve their goals is Fritz’s number one priority as he applies his thorough understanding of financing options, market trends, sales techniques and marketing skills to achieve your ultimate goals.
