These include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, Injury Prevention, Injury Rehabilitation, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Pre-​Natal Massage, Aromatherapy, Vegan Facials, Guasha, Thai Massage, Stretching, Cupping, Cellulite, Scarring, and Anti-​Age Therapy, Nutrition Counseling, Anxiety and Panic Disorder Counseling and Therapy. My Educational background includes graduate work in Counseling and 13 years of experience in the field & 8 years and over 800 hours of education in Massage Therapy.

This is an independent small private owned local massage business started in 2011. Because this is a small business, individualized care is provided to each client. Clients are seen by appointment only.

Hi my name is Audrey Ramos. I am a licensed independent contractor & owner of FLOW massage. I began helping others as a Social Worker & Counselor in the Hampton Roads area. After 13 years in that field, I began to study & practice massage therapy in 2007. I am Certified through the Virginia State Nursing Board & Nationally through NCBTMB. I work with individuals recovering from injuries, athletes & student athletes to improve performance & prevent injury, clients wanting to relax, relieve stress, & maintain their health, as well as clients in need of nutritional counseling, stretching & exercise guidance, & relief from symptoms of anxiety, menopause, ADD/​ADHD, and depression. I also work with clients to improve scarring, adhesion, aging of the skin, poor or limited range of motion & cellulite. I attended The Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy. I also worked with the chiropractic team for the Norfolk Admirals for two seasons, incl. their record breaking 43 win season in 2011 – 2012
