Core Fitness Obsession is a functional fitness gym that specializes in training all levels of athletes. Everyone is welcome, from people who have never touched a weight, to experienced athletes looking to compete. We have the equipment and knowledge to get you the results you desire. Workouts are designed by our programmer so you will never have to worry about what you are going to do at the gym. Just come in, take the class led by an experienced instructor, and get strong and fit!

History

Established in 2009.

CFO has been one of the best functional fitness gyms in Virginia since it was created. We have an extrememly large facility, and huge assortment of equipment to help you reach your goals.

Manager

I have been working at CFO for over 5 years. I started as a desk worker. I began training after becoming CF lvl1 certified. So much of my life is invested in the gym and assuring that all members are satisfied and taken care of. I believe in the methods we train, and follow the exact same programming as our members. I regularly compete in Crossfit and other fitness competitons.
