Established in 2015.
We came into the restaurant business directly from years of organic farming and nonprofit work with sustainable agriculture. We have a vast network of other sustainable farms that provide us with the highest quality produce, meats, cheeses and much more!

Kevin J.
Business Owner
Kevin has a MA degree in international law with a focus on food security. Ge has worked with the UN and his own nonprofit organization on sustainable farming and environmental protection projects in New York, Virginia and Haiti since 1997.
