They really need to fix the way they speak with people on the phone. If my appointment scheduling is a reflection of how this place treats customers I will happily go somewhere else.

Finally got an apt here and they cancelled it! They never got a hold of me but said they called, I ended up driving 45 min to turn around and walk out. I was also planning on buying latisse but the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and said «we tried to call» I’m so frustrated with the customer service I’ll never go back and I didn’t make my planned purchase. I’ve heard the esthetician is really great but I wouldn’t give them my business due to the fact is have to talk to the front of house employees.

Doctor seemed nice enough even though my treatment didn’t work– plan on returning eventually, but the front desk misinformed me about my benefits and I’m still paying the bill !

I’m really happy with my visit here. Dr. Soderberg was very informative and considerate to my condition. Other dermatologists that I’ve seen in the past have usually made me feel very judged and ashamed, but I felt comfortable with Dr. Soderberg and her assistant. Clean patient waiting area, clean examination rooms, as well as friendly and knowledgable staff. (my appointment was at 7am– being nice that early is no easy feat!) I am sad to see a negative review with what wonderful care I have received in the past.

Disappointed by the way the dr handled my results. She was very condescending and I’ve had melanoma in the past which means I’m very anxious & I think she handled it in a very unprofessional way. It took 14 days for my results
