Due to strains resulting from years of continued computer usage in school and in the workplace, Kim actively sought out a fitness routine to alleviate stress, tension headaches, and diminished posture. Finding remarkable improvement after only a few short sessions, Kim connected instantly with Pilates. Inspired by the positive changes that Pilates and barre workouts added to her own overall well being, Kim decided to pursue a fitness education, enabling herself the opportunity to share the astounding benefits of healthy movement with others.
Kim is a proud graduate of and a dedicated instructor of the BASI Pilates methodology. She is also a certified Booty Barre instructor.
Successes with clients include regaining of lost or limited range in motion; increase in strength, coordination, fitness, and flexibility; and improved quality of life for individuals suffering from the impact of everyday lifestyle.
