We started our first Chiropractic office in 2002 off Indian River Road then moved out here to our Greenwich on the Lake office in 2007. We love it here — awesome lake views from our private adjusting rooms.

Dr. Mithra G.
Business Owner
Since I always ask personal questions I felt it only fair that I share some information about myself. In 1994 I decided to attend Life University in Atlanta to become a chiropractor. I graduated in ’99 and became an associate doctor in my father’s office in Virginia Beach where I learned low force adjusting. In ’00, I fell in love with a teacher named Jennifer and we married the following year. In ’02, we had our first son, Weston, at home. I opened my first office on Indian River Road later that year. In ’06, our second son, Spencer, was born, followed by Cooper in ’07, all at home. In early ’07 I moved the office to its current location. I also served two terms as president of the Hampton Roads Chiropractic Association. I got my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification in 2013 and utilize the CrossFit concepts when recommending exercises to patients.
I live in the Shore Drive corridor and on sunny weekends you can find me and my family at the beach, usually playing Volleyball!
