Great RV park. The grounds are very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay when visiting Zion National Park.

It was a nice, clean park. When we made reservations online told them that we were traveling together and wanted to be parked close. We are two senior citizen females caravaning. I was put in the back next to a dirt bank. My friend was all the way up front. We help each hook up and set up. It was very difficult. The office staff did nothing to try to accommodate.
They do have dinners on weekends and the cook was awesome, gracious and the food was good. Enjoyed that.

My bride and i stayed for 3 nights so we could explore Zion. We had a great time. Campground was super clean. And the hosts were very nice and friendly. Met a bunch of campers too that were super nice Our spot was located on the river next to the dog park Plenty of room for our 20′ airstream. Only drawback was it seamed to be the only spot without shade. Their was a big tree stump next to spot so at one time this site had shade. But not now. And the sun was hot Campground is about 14 miles from Zion. So it is in a great location. Has a small store on site with stuff you may need. Unless you need whiskey they sell no whiskey. Otherwise i would of gave them 5 stars. Girl at the counter said something about UTAH liquor laws Would definitely stay here again ! Oh PS the wi fi sucks

My daughter and I tent camped for 2 days. Very comfortable and clean bathroom and laundry area. Nice store and staff. Complimentary coffee in the morning. Close to Zion NP and restaurants. We felt safe and the sound of the Virgin river was the best feature. We slept soundly and were rested for our day of hiking. We had site 130 that was perfect for us. Great trees and close to the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay again.

Our family just spent 7 nights for spring break at Zion River RV resort. I was impressed with the quality of the campground. All of the sites are kept very clean and well maintained. There is a full staff out daily working to make sure the place stays nice. The pool was clean and warm, the playground was very nice and well maintained, game room was nice as well. The staff was friendly and their market was well stocked. We had a river spot and that was a nice and quiet place to relax with a fire in the evenings. The park is the perfect place to stay when going to Zion and it is also an easy drive to Kolob Canyon section of the park. We would definitely stay here again the staff made us feel very welcome!

This was our first trip here in Utah. Zion River Resort is very clean and quiet. Not a lot of campsite area but a lot for RV site. The employees are great and helpfull.
Definitely coming back here.

Which kind of a campground doesn’t have place for tents at all? How could it be a camp site without camping?
Also the hours on Unilocal are wrong!

This place is Tops in my book. We stayed 4 nights and it was very nice

First the good: Very clean place. The bathrooms are clean, the water pressure is strong and the water heater puts out very hot water. They have seven minute timers on the showers because it’s the desert and water is scarce. However I took my shower and it only took two minutes. Pool and hot tub use salt water so no chlorine smell.
The bad: The internet and cellphone coverage is poor. They have a booster in the office/​store area. They have a shuttle to take you to Zion, $ 7/​person round trip. Only times are 9 am to the park and pick-​up from the park @ 3pm. I wish it had been at 5pm. The town of Springdale has multiple free shuttles that run through town. If you don’t have a car, I would suggest a RV park in Springdale.

Such a very clean and beautiful campground on the Virgin River and so very close to Zion National Park. Thank you for making our vacation great! We will be back!

This place was incredible! Located about 20 minutes from the Zion National Park entrance– right along the river. The staff was super friendly and helpful with our check-​in and any questions we had about Zion National Park. We stayed in one of their small cabins. It’s was clean, comfortable and the perfect place to relax after a long day in the park. On site they had a small store, pool/​hot tub, laundry area, warm showers and fire pits at each site. This place was truly a wonderful find! I will definitely be back!!!

My kid got sick the morning we arrived! But this place was still entertaining! We utilized the decent swimming pool, we attended kid friendly movie night on Saturday, located in a social room and there’s also a river or maybe stream that’s easy access, that is pretty cool!
The gift shop/​grocer is pretty well stocked with interesting things along with necessities.
I have a 24 ft camper. I believe every RV spot has plenty of green grass.
But what I love most about this place is the staff! Mannerism, customer service and up keep from the staff can’t be better! I’ve never been to a campground to this standard. Some reviewers complained of staff telling them to simmer down after hours but that’s what I appreciate! Nothing’s more irritating than having kids or drinkers staying up too late.
You also won’t see tents popped everywhere, tenters are kept off in an exclusive area. Hats off to the staff and the maintenance crew that keeps up with this beautiful property and keeping the place in check. This should be the standard.

Nice bathroom facilities and 4 full baths with showers
Looked like nice clubhouse/​store but never spent time there
Cons
19 miles from Zion and no free bus transport
But if you do not mind driving in daily then this is the place

A really nice place to spend a week and enjoying the solitude away from your normal hustle and bustle. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful scenery. What else can you ask for.

I was deciding on staying inside Zion at the campgrounds or outside Zion. The campground is a little more pricey but it includes showers, restrooms, clean water, electricity, pool/​jacuzzi. plus an added perk is you camp next to the river. I was worried about bugs since we are next to a river but there wasn’t an issue. I recommend staying here versus inside the Zion. I’m very high maintenance & this place satisfied my liking. Also inside the office they sell anything you could need for a reasonable cost (firewood, eggs, milk, sunscreen, candy, smore stuff, water bottles, candles etc)

Fairly tight tent camping, but awesome location. Clean hot showers, restrooms, fun daily events (wine tasting went on our first night). Tent sites back right up to the river. Front desk employees are very helpful and friendly. All in all, it was a perfect home base to relax and shower up after a day of hiking and exploring.
Will definitely return!

This was our first time staying here. We stayed 5 enjoyable nights in a travel trailer. Everything is well kept around the RV park. I was happy to see the that the bathrooms and shower areas were very clean. There was a wide range of different aged people staying in the park. I loved seeing kids riding bicycles around the park area. It is a great place for families with young ones from what I observed. Site 85(a back-in)where we stayed, was close to the store, bathrooms/​showers, pool area, and had a nice grassy area with a picnic table. The only downside to this site would be its location near HWY 9 if you are a light sleeper. My husband had the A/​C and fan on, so it didn’t bother him.
The reason why I did not give this place a 5-​star is because of the «handicap» parking. Near site 85 is 2 spaces available for people with handicap placards which I do have. After returning from our journey into Zion National Park, we arrived to find both spaces occupied by vehicles which did not possess the «handicap» placard. My husband went in to ask about the handicap parking. They showed him all the available parking so, when he asked about the two handicap spots directly across from our site, the employee informed him that the two cars were owned by employees. One employee happened to be leaving because it was the end of her shift, so we were able to park there. Basically, I don’t think it was appropriate for the employees to be parking in the designated handicap spots. The employee’s attitude was too nonchalant per my husband– not cool.
Would the incident with handicap parking stop me from coming or recommending this place to others? NO!
I highly recommend this place as a place to stay. I just needed to explain why I didn’t give Zion River a perfect score.

Stayed for three nights at this RV resort with my wife and three kids (including two teens) and we really enjoyed our experience there. This was our first trip to a RV resort and first using a towed airstream. Resort bathrooms/​showers were clean. Employees were very friendly. Overall the facilities were clean, well maintained and very nice. Hookups were easy. It’s very close to all the local
activities, places to eat, etc. Highly recommended.

Beautiful! We stayed right on the river (my dogs loved this). Many large pull through sites. Lots of grass and shade. We RV quite a bit and this is one of the nicest we have been to! We even extended our stay to enjoy 3 more nights! Great wifi too. And the stars are unbelievable out here.

Ok ce camping est propre, les douches, la piscine sont irréprochables ! Par contre étant donné la situation géographique sans aucun intérêt au bord d’une grande route, je trouve le prix très excessif !
