The program is run operated in the LancerLot Sports Complex above Gator Boxing. Class offerings focus on Sambo, Catch Wrestling. There is also a traditional Aikido program.
The mats are a bit worn but the instruction is worth it.
Class starts with explaining and demonstrating techniques. Ample mat time as well.
