Horrible warehouse to work with. very inexperienced staff, slow worker, rude, clueless. I gave them one star not because we had bad experience there once, EVERY TIME WE GO THERE, WE HAVE PROBLEMS. (FOUR DIFFERENT OCCASIONS). Your driver can sit there for twelve hours waiting for a load that is already staged. Front desk will never give an ETA for loading.
If your pick up is from Freezer and Cold storage in Vineland, NJ — just GIVE THE LOAD BACK TO THE BROKER. (trust me).
