I had a frozen trunk during the ice storm and needed to access what was in it. The service department jumped into action and without questions or hesitating opened the trunk and sent me on my way. I barely had a chance to say thanks but will always feel compelled to shop there when I need a new car! I had not ever been there before and had not bought my car there. Great customer service.
