Changing Homes By Sue Odell, began in 2004 as Home Staging and Design Solutions. Sue, a former home re-​habber, recognized the need to provide home staging and interior decorating services to help home owners quickly sell their homes at top dollar and settle in to their new homes quickly. Over the last year, we have expanded our services to include Move Management and Estate & Content Sales, to help our clients manage their moves from start to finish. Changing Homes By Sue Odell works with clients through out the Greater Philadelphia region, including home owners in Main Line and the Delaware Valley.

Sue Odell is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP ®) in the Greater Philadelphia region. As a former home rehabber, she has a keen insight into the world of real estate and what makes one house move faster than another. Sue has happily dedicated more than 10 years of her life to helping homeowners just like you.

She works with a wide variety of clients with different needs, challenges, and budgets. Whether you need her vast array of home décor and furnishings inventory, her redesigning of spaces, her move management expertise or a customized sale of your home contents, Sue will find the perfect solution for you.
