Do not shop this establishment. I have there been several times, today was no different than my last shops of this store. Today there were 4 customers 2 of them were turned away by staff. I was told at 11:00am it was time to close the store. One or two things need to happen; pay employees more so they can have pride in their jobs or close the place down. If your staff is telling customers to drive to Orlando for service, why is there a need to have an Apple Specialist organization in Brevard County, FL.

Went there to get my laptop screen fixed. They quoted me the cheapest price out of any store in Melbourne and Orlando. They would also have been the fastest if they got it done in the time they said they would. I was originally quoted $ 754. I went to drop it off only to be charged a $ 120 deposit fee(FIRSTISSUE) that they failed to tell me about on the phone. No big deal. They said it would be done in 5 – 7 days rather than the 3 – 5 days they told me on the phone(SECONDISSUE). A few days later, I get a call saying that they are going to charge me $ 873.25 instead of $ 754. This is verbatim what they told me, «Sir, I understand that we misquoted you, but if we did charge you the original price we wouldn’t be making any money off you. The part is $ 699.99 and with tax we are at the price we originally quoted you. There wouldn’t be a labor charge so we wouldn’t make any money.»(THIRDISSUE) I had already paid the deposit so I was stuck with their business. I told them to go ahead. A few days later, they called me and said they were going to knock the price down to $ 813.25 and see if there was a cheaper way to fix it. Two days later, I get another call saying the attempt for a cheaper fix was a fail. I was stuck at $ 813.25(FOURTHISSUE). «Fine» I said. I needed the laptop fixed by the end of the week because I was leaving for college. They told me I was their main priority. Two days later, I get another call saying that they needed to train someone to fix the laptop because it was a new model but rest assured it would be done by the end of the week(FIFTHISSUE). Today, I get a call saying they cannot fix the laptop(SIXTHISSUE). I told them I would call them back in an hour because I was busy and could not talk. Nick told me that we would be in until 12. I called them back at 11:35 and asked for Nick. «Nick has left for the day.» Unbelievable(SEVENTHISSUE). A few minutes later, Nick calls me and makes me an appointment for the Apple Store by my college. Now I have to leave a day early for college, and I will not have my laptop fixed in time for classes. Two weeks wasted. Thank you Visual Dynamics. Please DONOT give these people your time or money.

I bought a laptop from them last year. Very helpful and friendly. Brought it in for a software repair last week. The guy who was working the front needs to be taught«people skills». I left it there, but had my doubts because of him. Once the service techs got it(3 days later) they did a very good job. Techs were very friendly, helpful and informative. When I went in to pick it up, someone else was on the front counter, was very friendly and treated me with respect. Overall, a good experience — would have been great if the first guy I met had a few people skills.

This is an Apple certified store. It sells consults repairs for any Apple product. The staff is friendly and professional. There was one in particular Chavez(not sure of his name-sorry) he was a saint advised us on which case was safer and which had a warranty which he used for his own devices. He took his time and with great precision and attention to detail put on the most perfectly put screen protectors on our new xmas 6 pluses and I have worked at verizon wireless and seen talent lol. Honestly he did an amazing job and just a great guy! Thank you!
